I'm not good at slogans, but a couple of different types of slogans that I've seen and bought lately have either Ninjas or zombies Training for the zombie appcolapcse or a play on how slow zombies are compared to BF shoppers. I've got another that is "Homeschooler by day, Ninja by night"--maybe some one more clever then me could play off that. or the "Keep Calm" t-shirts maybe "Keep Calm and Shop on"?

I went yesterday and scored some great deals. Got my son a new winter coat for $20 originally $80--super nice wool coat. Also found him a couple of shirts and a nice sweater $4 each. He needed new swimming trunks-not on sale, but still a good price. My girls got several pairs of shorts, and knee socks too. They let me divide up my purchase and use my coupon twice. The cashier told me to keep the coupon and come back and use it again.

I just ordered my mom and sister each a parka--the coat is back now, but just a 4x or I would have ordered that too! ty op!!

I've been trying to understand the Roku--once you pay for the box you get free channels, right? You can also use it with Hulu and Netflix? What about Amazon prime movies? Am I understanding it right? We are thinking about getting one too.

We got to Walmart at 8:10 and picked up a few $1.59 towels Walking Dead Season 1 dvd Abraham Lincoln Vampire Slayer dvd $19 printer for a spare Mens white undershirts $8 $10 tripod I completely forgot my dd wanted some of the $4 pj pants The crowds were pretty okay this year. I met a few folks who had never been out shopping on BF before! People were friendly and helpful Next morning-- Menards about 15 minutes before opening we got in line. My sil wanted some of the sentry ebuds and I really had nothing in mind. We went our separate ways. I grabbed a boot dryer and a couple of small candies, she got her ear buds. She shot me a text saying she was in line, so I made my way over there, where several workers were directing people into lines. On worker was telling people that the garden center had open cash registers, but no one would go out there. I headed out there and sure enough they were open and I was done way before my sil who had gotten in line before me JCP--We waited in the car until about 15 minutes before they opened and then they opened the doors a bit early. 75% of the people ran to the $8 kitchen items which were in a narrow aisle against the wall. Very bad layout and very difficult to get in and out of. I got the toaster oven I wanted and later grabbed the blender thing (like a magic bullet) SIL got four sets of luggage. Since we were next to Kmart we walked though and saw nothing we wanted and when we were leaving an announcement was made that there register system had went down and that if folks were writing a check they could go to layaway and put it on layaway and come back later and pay!! ugh how terrible! When we were eating breakfast some folks were telling us that the Walmart they were at the night before also had their registers go down four about 40 minutes during the 10pm sale!! This was probably the shortest bf shopping we have ever done On line Radio Shack 3 16GB micro cards 4 16GB cards (for SIL) Amazon had gotten a lot of my money this week Numerous skylander figures (got the skylanders game already) Norelco electric razor heads Magic Bullet Barbie Princess and the PopStar dvd Monsters versus aliens dvd Horten hears a who Modern Warfare Call of Duty 3 xbox 360 game $25 - I tried getting this at Walmart but couldn't find the 360 version!! Karaoke machine, extra microphone and music LED Flashlight Kohls online Air popper waffle iron a pair of clearance Rock and Republic jeans We didn't go to all of our usual stores like Target and Meijer or even Walmart Friday morning. Nothing that we really needed.

I've been wondering the same thing! I kept thinking a ds pet type game. But it does sound like it could be a webkinz.

Kmart and I think Target both have one in their ads. I got one off amazon though--they are having some great deals on them too.

Are they adding any other video games or is it only the ones they currently have listed? I'm wanting to get Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 for xbox 360, but on the list they are only showing the wii version. Several stores will be having the xbox version on BF, but if I can avoid the crowds that would be great!

I got the Barbie Princess and the Rockstar, Monster vs. Aliens and Horton Hears a Who. Excellent price-they were all ones my kids wanted, and I hadn't planned on getting them, but for that price I grabbed them. At the same time I ordered some of the Skylanders characters and used my $5 off! Amazing deals!!

I got all the skylanders! Nice deal--the kids are getting the Starter Pack for Christmas (old one not the Giants) and I was hoping to pick up a couple of extra characters! Now I'm going to hang out and try to get the Magic Bullet in half an hour!

DH is a manager at work and has gotten gifts for employees below him. For example for his leads, he gets a $25 gift card for each of them. Then he has nine below them that he also gets gifts for usually in the $5-10 range. Last year he got them each a bag of Godiva chocolates for $8 each. The year before he went with his assistant and got made up little gift boxes with movie rentals and home made cookies/candies. We have been trying to think of something this year again. He always puts together a holiday party/meal that comes out of his work budget , so these are just personal gifts that he pays for out of pocket. They are all women and obviously a work situation. One has dietary restrictions so we always get her something different that fits her needs. Any ideas or links for small gift baskets or something that would fit within our budget? Thanks!

I've got a list going on my ipad/phone with the store/hours and items I want. There is nothing that I have to have at this point, in fact a few things I've taken off my list, because I've already found that at a comparable price. Things I am interested in: Air Hogs, Call of Duty 3, Monster High Dolls, Magic Bullet, Karaoke Machine, Madagascar 3twin sheet sets, 32 G USB flashdrive, 16G micro sd cards. Nothing major and nothing that I can't live without.

Looks like a good ad to me! Hope I win a vacation too
