DeepDiscount.com 40% off Mega Sale starts Nov. 13th
nat1jen replied to sweetdiggity's topic in Online Hot Deals
Except for the Simpson's dvd, deepdiscounts prices were at least a couple dollars or more higher than Amazon's prices. I didn't have any that were within fifty cents or a dollar. I think the Closer dvd price was $8 higher at Deepdiscount. I'm so disappointed in this so-called sale. -
Vera Bradly Villager $29.00 only today (reg. $72.00)

I have ordered from VB in the past and haven't had problems with their customer service. I think that there was a huge stink last year with a military discount b/c people were using the discount that were not in the military. -

I found the Simspons's season 12 at a good deal. The Closer, House, and Heroes were cheaper at amazon. This sale is a real dud. I used to order about 10 dvd's at each of their sales. ( -

Kitchenaid mixer and Mario Kart Wii
nat1jen replied to omarrah's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I bought a 6 qt professional KA mixer at Amazon last year during Dec for $269. I then received a $50 Visa giftcard as a rebate, so my net price was $219. I love my mixer! Just place a couple different KA mixers in your Amazon cart, and check your cart daily. Amazon will update you when you pull up your cart with any price changes (up or down). I also got free shipping and no sales tax. :) -
DeepDiscount.com 40% off Mega Sale starts Nov. 13th

Yes, it seems like 25% off their price would be a better deal than 40% off MSRP. In your example above, the final price of $17.37 divided by the everyday low price of $22.23 is 78.14%. That means that we actually get a savings of 21.86% off their everyday price (100%-78.14=21.86%). It looks like last year's deal of 25% off their low price was a better deal in your example. -

Their mailing address is Illinois, but for some reason I thought that they were based out of CA. -

Give it a try. The sale is still posted on the home page. I bet that Nordstrom's will still price match. -
We have 3 vizios and one sharp LCD TV. None of them have the screen burn, and we have had one of the vizios for about 5 years. I think the picture is much better on the Vizio as compared to the Sharp. JMHO!

Did you do a live chat first? I did the live chat, and then they told me to call the 800 number. Both the live chat person and the phone person knew that I was trying to price match Uggs from the other website. I didn't have problems at all. I would try again! -

Wow, thanks so much! I tried to order on shoesonastring website but they were sold out on the size that I needed. I called Nordstrom, and they price matched with free shipping. I ended up saving $45 plus the shipping costs. Woo hoo! One more Christmas present off my list. -

For those of you that haven't used silicone in the past, please don't think that this silicone is an example of the good stuff! -

I got the sewing machine, but I haven't tried it to see if it works. The silicone stuff seems very thin and junky. They seem more like kids toys or sand toys. The loaf pan is very very small. -
I did this last year and bought a Dorothy outfit. It ended up NOT fitting the AG doll. For some reason, I have had bad luck anytime I buy an outfit that is a non-AG brand!

I just got these last week from amazon. I had seen them with QVC, but went with amazon b/c of no shipping and no sales tax. There is also a $20 rebate. So far, I have really enjoyed them. I did have Kitchenaid pots and pans, but I never felt like things cooked very well. I have always washed my pots and pans by hand, so not being able to use the dishwasher is not an issue for me. They clean up very easily and are much easier to clean than the Kitchenaid brand.

The clothes that I bought for cheaper never ending up fitting the dolls correctly. Have you tried looking on ebay for used AG clothes? Also, you might try Craigslist.
-
Check at Costco. I just saw a few items last night.
-
Most all of the cheaper AG similar stuff that I bought at Target fell apart. They are not built to last. DD even used her own $ to buy a table and chairs, and they literally fell apart. Every AG item that we own is still going strong. AG is worth the extra money even though it's tough to pay the extra up front! The free shipping coupon ends today!

nat1jen replied to aprncess's topic in Online Hot Deals
I have used silicone for about 3 years or more. I really like it and bought my set at Costco. All of my pieces are getting kinda cruddy looking b/c I use cooking spray. I have heard other people say that they don't use cooking spray, but I think I would have problems with things coming out of the molds without the spray. Everything seems to cook very evenly, and it does cook more quickly. I have never put something underneath the silicone to make it more stable. I am just very very careful taking it out of the oven. I would think that you could place a cookie sheet underneath the silicone, but I wonder if this would cause more heat to be reflected? I use my 13x9 baker more than any other piece that I own, but I notice that it's not included with this set. -
Usually someone can figure out the games from the clues, but not me! I am trying to figure out the workout for the cure. Could it be Trauma Center?
