A GD'er here was nice enough to do that exact thing for me (for the FP camera) but it was all done through pm's not in a thread. Also, she offered...I didn't ask her. I'd say if you are willing to do that, great. I wouldn't start a thread about it or anything though...you may start getting all kinds of requests. If you see someone really needing something you might also want to go back and read more of their posts, just to make sure they are reputable. :)

The walmarts around here have the black in stock but it's getting really hard to find a pink or white one.

They are also in very short supply around here, especially the pink one. Another GD'er was nice enough to sell me one she had for what she paid for it. I was overjoyed because my 3yo is asking Santa for a "pink camera" for Christmas.

I bought one of these for my 12 yo cousin for Christmas and I had to make my dh stop playing with it because I was afraid he was going to run the batteries down.

I've caught myself saying "You don't WANT me to pick up this phone and call Santa, do you?".

My SIL is also pregnant. She is 8 weeks right now and this is her first child. She is asking for maternity clothes for Christmas so that's what I'm getting her.

You can get them just about anywhere for $129.00. I know that's how much they are at Gamestop and walmart.

I have a PO box so no delivery, but I really like my postmaster so I may do something small for her.

One of my son's friends has these and he and Hayden (they're 5) played with them during 3 high school basketball games (in a row, so like 3.5 hours). I'm looking for Hayden some for Christmas.

I have some gifts wrapped under the tree. I still have some of the kids gifts hiding in the back of my van with a sheet over them.

I don't worry about price. I just make sure they have the same number of presents under the tree.
