Yes, you can get some good stuff in those grab bags. I missed all the Christmas ones because I was sick for over a week. I didn't notice any there today although the rack with all the clearance jewelry was gone. Maybe they grab bagged and sold them already!

Some super cheap stuff!! It's only the red tagged stuff-most have a square red sticker on them besides the clearance price tag. I got some beautiful scrapbooks for .99. They were 19.99 on clearance for 9.99 so they were .99. Lots of jewelry stuff too. Some wedding invites, american girl stickers, craft stuff, etc... I'm sure it varies by store. Oh, those packs of mixed Jolee stickers that have been on clearance FOREVER were less than a $1.00 a bag. Good deal for those.

THey used to go 75% off. Usually they don't have any left to get that low. I remember one year they had that Lego castle-it was one of the black friday specials and when the toy clearance came around they were still left and went 75% off-$25.00 instead of $100.00. I remember calling all my friends to see who wanted one. I think I got 4 or 5 at the time. Things have changed-they don't order as much as they used to. A long time ago (15 yrs?) I got Lego trains for 75% off too. Those were the good old days!

I got a deal on the Glad "holiday" kitchen trash bags. They were on the clearance end cap. They were $5.80. Not that great but when I was over looking at the regular price ones to see how good of deal that woud be I found .55 off coupons on lots of the regular stock. So I peeled them off and they worked on the clearance ones. With my Target red card it brings it down to $5.00. The regular price for these is $7.49 so that's not that bad of a deal since I was getting low. They are the ones with the peppermint smell and the apple cider smell. I got 8.

Dang, I thought there weren't any coupons out there! I asked the clerk and she said there weren't. Weird. Still a great deal.

Our Kohls has some good clearance deals. They have some of last summers shorts for 90% off and all clearance is an extra 25% off. $30.00 shorts for $2.25-not bad! In the girls (2T-4T) section they have 4-pc Hello Kitty cotton pj sets for $6.80 less 25% (reg $38). Christmas is 80% off but doesn't get the extra 25% off. It took some time looking through all the racks but it was worth it. Spent $133.97 for $1,178.89 worth of merchandise!

Signs were 70% off this morning but I scanned and it was 90%. There is one item they had back there that really surprised me. It was the Fisher PRice cupcake baby toy (reg 4.99). I figured they were there by mistake but they rang up .49! They are notoriously bad when it comes to having the seasonal clearance roll over to the new percentage off. I have to help them with their math here too!

Just got back. I checked out about 12:10 and of course it wasn't ringing up yet. By the time I was finished it was ringing up auto matically at 75% off. Must have been during the change over. So they had to manually ring up most of it. I got some lights that I really like. No one seems to be buying them as there were quite a bunch left. They are the LED with the remote control, white, green, red and blue. I tried them earlier and there is a cycle where they are all pastel colored. I thought they would be good during Easter. Got one of those Husky dog, cd, book sets, some religious ornaments, a candle, etc... They did have two 12' trees left. They looked nice in the box-but I want the slim ones not the full sized ones. They will be a good deal for someone.

I just called and it's going to 75% off at 12:01 AM Thursday.
