I agree. I have all of those stores near me. 3 BBuys, 4 BBW, 4 Targets and 4 Walmarts within a 10 mile radius and I have never camped out, stood in line at 1am or fought crazy crowds. I just have never seen anything that I NEEDED to do that for. I enjoy Thanksgiving and sleeping in my warm bed until 8-9 am way too much!

I won't be camping out or waiting in long lines. I'll probably get to Target around 9am and maybe check out Gymboree. I have most of my shopping finished too. I am looking forward to getting everything wrapped, packed and shipped!

Have you seen any reviews for the tv you bought?

I know what you mean. So far everything I have seen is just an okay deal. The main think I am heading out for is the $2 hat and glove sets for the Angel tree. I like the NCAA fleeces, they are on an end cap now and they look nice, but they are only $5 off. I know that they say every year that the deals aren't good, but I really only see a couple of great deals (portable 1 TB HD for $69). I don't see anything that will get me out of bed and in to the cold for a 4 am opening, anywhere.

I need to get some cleaning and organizing taken care of first, but then I will begin decorating! Woohoo! We have a faux tree, but we decided to get a real one last year. I'm not sure if we will decorate our faux tree or get a real tree. I want a real tree, but I'm not sure I feel like spending money on one.

You made me LOL! I haven't used the trees you are asking about. I've seen them and they look really nice. Have you checked amazon for any ratings?

I think people expect the deals to be amazing because we all hear and read stories that say retailers are drastically cutting prices and that deals will be amazing. Yet they rarely live up to all the hype.

If you buy a 4gb Xbox 360 then you would get the $50 card and a $10 card too. Dang it! Why did DH have to get a new 360 in September! Now I remember, because it broke for the 5th time. Ugh!

I try to stick to my budgets and I LOVE it when I can find a great gift for under my budget. However, there are times when I find a gift and it is a few dollars over my budget. In that instance it depends on the person I am buying for. If it is my husband, mom, dad or brother then I will spend over my budget. If it is DH's grandparents I won't, but only because we would get in trouble for going over budget.:) If it is my niece and nephews I won't just because I don't want there to be a huge difference in cost/value of their gifts. So overall I LOVE finding great gifts that are under my budget and then saving the leftover money and I go under or stick to my budget at least 85% of the time.

I just looked up some other LTD threads on here and I read that if they have to ship items separately then they charge you shipping for each item. A few people had paid for their merchandise, including shipping and then received a bill for extra shipping costs. Is this still the case?

Anyone shop at the Mills outlet malls (Simon)? It looks like the one near me opens at 5:00 am on BF. I had. not. planned on going there, but I just found out that they have a Gymboree Outlet. Has anyone shopped at a Gymboree Outlet store on BF? We always pick a few children to buy for from the Angel Tree and I like being able to pick up well made, quality clothes for them. If Gymboree's outlet has some great deals I will have to check them out.
