Anyone been out to check Easter clearance today? Wondering if it may go 90% early since it went 70% early at so many places.

Part of me feels that way too which is why the only place I post is here V day still 70% here today surprisingly. Did find 2 mini Lalaloopsy dolls in reg toys that were Vday clearance. Had "only at target" on the front. I was waiting for kids bedding to go down to 50% but almost all gone here at 30 %

Bodega question... I can't remember... Does bodega all get marked down together or do items get marked down on their "department's" day? Thanks! I only go to Target once a week these days so trying to plan strategicaly

I have the exact opposite feeling on the consolidating... I have loved the times they haven't consolidated. Having it all spread throughout the toy department meant no aisle stuffed with crazed people and their carts blocking the way plus I noticed that the shelf clearers didn't seem to clear the shelves the two times they didn't consolidate here which meant more good finds for me

So I'm guessing not today on the toys simply based on the fact that nobody reported seeing it yesterday... There always seem to be a few stores that go a day early. If they wait until next week that is better for me since I made a commitment for the morning without thinking. Happy hunting if today is the day!

I'm not sure about Christmas Tree "tags" but there were big green cardboard christmas trees in various departments with stocking stuffer sized items. It seems most of those items are included in the holiday clearance, though the stores around here have taken down the "trees."

Based on reports I've been reading from across the country over the years, calling seems rarely to produce the correct answer regarding Target clearance. Also from everything I've read over the past several years it seems they really don't know in advance when seasonal clearance will go down.

Found arm & hammer spinbrush globrush toothbrush marked with Christmas clearance. They have a sticker on the back for the barcode... Ones without the sticker barcode were not Xmas clearance. Also had coupons from the website making them free.

I take it since no one mentioned it there were no further markdowns in toys today?

Thanks for the post about the scissors... I was able to find 2 pair yesterday thanks to your description and I really needed them! And I found 5 packs of the green "Christmas" solo plates & kids cups at 70% off and I needed them for a party. I've done better this year than the last 2 years combined in Christmas clearance! *Tons* of NM stuff left here too at 70%. Dollar spot was salvaged at 70% here. Christmas kids pj's still full price here... obvious christmas... red/green/santa/etc. That happened last year here too when others were posting theirs were marked down. Anyone venturing out today to see if maybe Christmas goes to 90%? I can't get to the store until tonight

70% here too. Tried to post from the store but couldn't log in on my phone. Very random what was left and it was fairly consolidated whereas 2 days ago everything Christmas was all over the store. No wrapping paper but found enough odds and ends to make the trip worth while. I even found a 4 pack of christmas tissues!!! I NEVER find tissues/paper towels/foil/ziplocs so that made my day Legos only 30% here and very few at that.

Thanks to those that posted early yesterday Someone asked about napkins... I never find them on clearance even when I'm the first one in the store on markdown day. But the winters napkins... Snowflakes and the like never got clearanced here last year. They were still full price in the spring. Anyone found any scissors in Christmas clearance by chance? Forgot to mention in my last post that they had started marking down some baby last week too to 30%. Baby stuff is almost always gone at 50% here. Also forgot to add I found Christmassy dunkin donuts coffee included in the 50% plus I had coupons . Think it was in green bags. Yet the autumn favors still weren't marked down.

That is how it was here for July toy clearance and I liked it better that way. If anyone sees the dollar spot drop to 70% I'd appreciate letting us know. Thanks!

There is a chance they brought it all in the back to mark it down and will re-shelf it later.

Just wanted to say I found quite a lot of "Christmas" stuff not signed but scanning 50%... Much more than ever before. Hickory farms, planters holiday nuts, archer farms holiday, girls headbands, etc all in reg aisles or end caps not marked.

Anyone been out today and notice what % off non N Marcus Christmas stuff is marked? I need green stuff for a shower and am hopeful I can find most of it for cheap in Christmas clearance. Tia!

All Halloween including candy 90% here, except dollar spot was salvaged before it went lower than 70%. My only good "find" today was Hot Wheels 5-pack hanging in regular toys. It says "Halloween 5-Pack" on the bottom on a purple strip which isn't too obvious, but if you look at the pack from the sides it is orange and obviously halloween-y for 49 cents. Also got the halloween version of gingerbread houses for 99 cents... will just decorate with more christmasy colors. thanksgiving dollar spot was 50% (can't remember the color dot)

Since other stores went 70% yesterday, yours probably will today... at least some of it. Hard to predict what since there is unusual variation this round.

Dollar spot was 70% here today. Has anyone seen dollar spot go more than 70% the last few clearance cycles-- maybe 80 or 90%? Trying to decide whether or not to drag the kids back out to check tomorrow. Other halloween clearance was odd... candy 30%, houswares and costumes 70%, all other halloween 50%... never seen it broken up like that before. (yes I scanned to check) Also, slightly OT, anyone know when walmart might go 75% No princess costumes left in DD's size at Target so thought I'd try WM.

Saw in the paper today that clearance toys are an extra 50% off, so if you got that 30% toy coupon and it stacks that would make some great deals! Just went to my Kmart to check out the clearance toys... actually had a fair amount of toy clearance. They did have a clearance toy aisle, but there was much more mixed in with the regular aisles.
