Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2011
boredbread replied to Brad's topic in Offline Hot Deals
Just dashed in and out today but saw twin kids bedding sets marked down 50%-- toy story and I think princesses. Didn't need them but they looked cute at a glance. Also saw some bikes in boxes 30% and 50%. Didn't need them so didn't look very closely but looked like smaller bikes based on the size of the box--- so if you are looking for bikes look for the boxed ones too. Christmas plastic storage bins marked 30% but the ones that are on sale this week were actually cheaper. Everything else I saw has already been mentioned, but at a way, way lower % off here. -

Yes this is true. In case you need/would like more info: the regular tag pen will operate on the tag junior books the same way the tag junior reader will. So, if you "touch" a group of words (usually a sentence for tag junior books) it will read the whole text. If you touch a picture that has words or sounds associated with it, it will make those sounds of words. I actually like my daughter using the regular tag pen with the tag junior books better than the tag junior reader-- the pen allows her to "point" directly to things. I will say I was a little disappointed with the Manger Tag junior book-- much less interactive than most tag junior books we have, but for the 75% off price it was worth it. -

Do you mean trash bags? Ziplocs?? I have a stockpile of the old Target trash bags so have not tried the "up and up" ones yet. I used to use Target's toilet paper, but then they changed it and it was awful so wouldn't surprise me if something else "new" isn't "better." -

YES-- Regular Tag will read Tag Junior books, BUT the Tag Jr reader will not read regular tag books. -

Went to 2 stores and there was very, very little at 75%, and different at each. Saw pixos, paperoni, wooden thomas sets, wooden thomas individual train cars, and wooden circo trains. Think there were some circo baby dolls too at 75% but can't remember. Relatively little had been marked to 50%. Most was still at 30% for toys. -
Extra 50% off clearance at The Childrens Place
boredbread replied to kathytheshopper's topic in Offline Hot Deals
I'm trying to figure that out too! I have a very skinny kid, and for some reason children's place pants and pj's are the only ones that fit her right. Would be worth the drive out to the outlet if it is an extra 50% there too! -
Kmart Clearance-anyone gone this week???
boredbread replied to 1angelnhvn's topic in Offline Hot Deals
Not sure about the automatic activation... I went to 2 stores today, one was signed and scanning 50% while the same items at the other store were ringing up 75%, so just scan to be sure! -

If I remember correctly Target's policy is that you get back whatever the current price is for seasonal items BUT some states have laws that require them to give you back what you paid, so it depends on where you live. -
Same here-- after the re-do it is like a scavenger hunt to find the scanners. They are there... but in STRANGE places and not obvious. Ours are LOUD too, lol.

By chance do you have a DCPI or a picture of the phones?? Thanks! -
Is that why saran wrap and tissues with snowflakes weren't ringing up as 75%-- because they are considered "winter"?? I was all excited to find them... then disappointed when I scanned.

75% Christmas here today. Didn't find anything not already mentioned but have one tip if you are looking for scotch tape-- my store had the purple package GiftWrap Scotch tape-- the ones that were 75% had "Bonus 50 inches" in the upper right. Found a couple in the regular tape isle. Just scan to be sure :) -

Do they ever transition to 75% in the middle of the day? Isn't it usually at opening??-- thought I remember someone posting on here that holiday clearance is done above the local store's level. -

All Christmas except candy 50% here. Christmas candy at 30%. Pink dollar spot at 50%. Toys at 30% here-- didn't see anything over 30, scanned a few things to be sure. I'd say there is less than half of what there was last year in both toys and christmas leftovers... will be interesting how the markdowns go this year. -

Yes I scanned several different ones since someone on here said theirs were already marked down. Always amazing the differences store to store. -

Wow-- trees were 50% here and nothing else in christmas. Zero markdown on red box toys. Few frames were 30% and some seasonal decor near the frames at 30%. A few gift sets in health and beauty at 15%. On a funny note there are about a dozen lunch boxes left over from back to school STILL sitting on a shelf... they just finally marked them 50%. -

This was posted on the other page... wondering if anyone else found and if yes what brand they are, TIA! : I found packages of 48 AA batteries for $7.50 on a Clearance shelf at Target today. Lots of them left! I asked the clerk if there was anything wrong with them and she said no, they were just told to clear them out! I'm set for Christmas morning! -

Just made a quick dash in and out today but actually found some clearance: ### Various "bakeware" 30%-- things like roasting pans, baking pans, etc. Sorry, I didn't pay attention to brands, etc. They were in the aisle and not on an endcap. -
Hopefully this makes sense: I bought $10 worth of stuff (for example 3 travel sized lotions for $10) I also got 5 of the free mini celo bags I used the code F102785 for $10 Off Any Purchase of $10 or more Paid Shipping & Handling $5.99 Paid Sales Tax $0.36 Tota paid= $6.35 I did this multiple times.
