We live in a small area, and most people have to work so I have a pretty fair chance. I convinced my Mom to go with me, so if we manage to get 2 you are welcome to the second one if you want it.

Since Apple products never go on sale, I'm hoping to see a giftcard with the Ipad 2 for DS13. DH and DS is wanting to fix up the spare room into a theatre room, so I'm looking for a 55" or 60" flatscreen for that (if they get to work painting because I WILL NOT do all that myself this time:no:), and a laptop for my Mom (prob be the HP that Walmart usually has). Electronics like always in my techy family.

Oh, no. That stinks to not have a way there. Did you call them to see if they actually have em? If so, are they waiting till tomorrow to sell em?

Yea, that's what I thought too. I've found several articles over the last 2 days that say HP plans on selling more, though (never know if that is true or not). Their has to be more of them out there though, because my local BB was sold out 2 days ago, and now they will be having them tomorrow. I don't know if other stores returned stock or what, but I did notice that Circuit City online did not mark theirs down, however they no longer have them on their website.

I found an article today that says HP is saying they will have more for sale later this week. Their status said last night Coming soon, and changed to Out of Stock. Maybe they are getting ready to sale more.

1 Bestbuy in my area is showing that they have some. I called them and was told that they will not be selling them till in the morning. They only have 20 each, so I'm not holding my breath on getting one, but there is hope.....

Not sure....I checked last night at 2:00 am (Eastern Standard), and status said coming soon. Now there is an Out of Stock button.

DS13 is wanting the Ipad 2 this year. I'm torn between going ahead and getting it now or waiting until BB's ad comes out to see if it might come with a gift card.

That is ridiculously high. I have Verizon with 4 lines, and have 1000 minutes, with 10 friends and family and everything else on your plan except data and insurance and it is only $100.00 a month, . Of course, we always call one another from cell phones using mobile to mobile so we don't go over on minutes. We had our plan with Alltel when Verizon bought it out. I have not renewed my contract (even though Verizon originally told me I would have too) once Alltel was bought out. I said Ok, let's just go ahead and cancel my service. They backed down real quick and even gave me 2 months for free.

Where in TN will she be leaving from? I live in VA close to TN border, and will be renting our car from TriCities Nissan this year for vacation. They have 21 dealerships in TN so maybe there will be one in her area that has rental cars. You get a Nissan Altima for $30.00 a day with unlimited mileage. I could not find a better deal than that through any of our local rental companies. May be worth checking out.

All the Legos games are popular in my family. They make Star Wars, Batman, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, and the new one is Pirates of the Carribean. They are all really cute, and are good for all ages. I bought the Star Wars for my cousin's son for Christmas. He is 5, and loved it so much that I bought him the Batman for his birthday.

Lol. I know exactly what ya mean. Mine is spoiled too. He is 13 now so I know exactly what ya mean about being in between. He sorta wanted Street Fighter but then again....I think he just wanted a fighting game. They have 3 Mario games in the works, but I still have not been able to find an exact release date for either of them. I thought surely they would release one of the Mario's for the launch. I'm wondering how long it will be before we see a Pokemon game for it. I finally had a chance to check it out. It has Mii Maker, Ar Games, and Face Raider on it, and , comes with a SD card, and 6 AR game cards. It not only comes with a charger cable, but also includes a charging deck. I'm not sure what the game cards are for, but I saw him scanning the cards with it earlier, so they have something to do with one of the games. It is really fun to play with the 3d camera too. He's been taking pictures all day. Lol. I will keep looking for release dates and post here when I find them.

The game he is most excited about is Kingdom Hearts. We were told that it is due out in June, but I have not been able to confirm that online. I think he will also like Pirates of the Carribean Legos(May), Cartoon Network Punchtime Explosion(June), Transformers 2011 Movie (June), Legend of Zelda (not sure when this one will be released, as no date is listed). There are a couple of Mario games that the leaked released date was originally in May and June, but Nintendo has not confirmed any of those dates. I am wondering if the Japan disaster might slow down releases of new games. There are several downloaded games already saved on it. When he actually puts it down long enough, I will look at it and see what all is on it.

Just back from K-mart. This system is amazing.....DS is a very happy camper right now. I bought the Legos Star Wars game since he didn't seem all that interested in any of the others. They really don't have the greatest game selection for it just yet, but have alot that he is interested in coming in May and June. He usually doesn't like the Legos games for DS systems (he says they are too easy), but he says this one is much better.....

For those of you looking for a decent deal on the 3ds, the only thing I could find was at Kmart. With the purchase of the 3ds you get a game of your choice (8 different ones to chose from) for $25.00 off. That puts ya at $15.00 for a game. Your choices include: 1. Street Fighter IV 3d Edition 2. Yeah, I checked on Amazon too, but knew there was no way DS would wait for delivery. He has been driving me nuts over these games since mid last year. Only deal I could find on the stradegy guide was the discount you got at gamestop with purchase of book with the games and discount card. It ended up saving him 20% on the book. There are 2 different stradegy guides. DS bought the collectors edition hardback one. The regular one is just a stradegy guide, and the collectors edition has the pokedex in it. That was the clinchier for him.

ToysRUs has them buy one get on 1/2 off, or Bestbuy has $5.00 giftcard with purchase of each one. If TRU was remotely close I would got get it there, but we end up driving an hour plus pay double (TN) taxes than we would pay in our state, and we have a discount card at GS so better off for us to get it there so DS can get game guide at 20% off.

The 3DS is released March 27th. I would definately expect to see prices on the DS lite and DSI dropping. Good luck finding a good deal.

Not all computers come with a restore disc. My last 3 computers bought this year (2 Sony's and 1 Asus) did not include them. You create them yourself. It is very easy to do.....I can't beieve BB would actually charge $99.00 to do that. Talk about a ripoff. Glad to hear that your friend got her money back.

Wish my UPS man would actually bring mine to my door. He has started to leave mine on the mail box about 1/4th a mile from my house and lots of traffic travels by. He actually left DH's $500.00 laptop sitting on the mail box in the snow. Needless to say I hit the roof, and called and complained.....it didn't do any good though, because he has continued to leave them on the mail box. Lots of luck to those of you still waiting on packages.

They've done the same for me. The BB in my area is so easy to deal with. Don't know why I even bother with trying to pricematch them at Walmart..... Yep, I guess I do. Because I was already there. Oh well....now I know I have to take the full ad with me if I want to pricematch. I must admit that pricematching at Walmart on BF was a breeze. Of course, I made sure to have all my ads in order. I think it just also depends on the cashier, and what kinda mood they are in that day.

Walmart is getting hard to deal with on pricematching B&M stores in my area, too. The store use to keep a copy of all the local ads under all registers. Now they will not pricematch unless you bring the actual ad with you. I ran into that about a month ago. Sad thing is Walmart, Bestbuy, and Target are practically right on top of each other here....Looks like they would want to pricematch other stores to keep all the business they could. I just politely said "That's ok, I'll just go to Bestbuy". I don't mind to take my money elsewhere.
