Did anyone see grill covers in the clearance aisle with the outdoor stuff? Because now that we have our new fancy grill put together, we realized that we need a cover for it so it doesn't end up ruined like our old one! I checked yesterday at my "bad" store and no joy, but they literally only had one endcap of outdoor stuff left. I need to go look today before the weekend when everything will get cleared out!

Yes...I think it's technically on Broadmoor. No idea if they still have them...I would call! I called last week and they were really helpful.

It's the Greatland Target in Mission. It is at Metcalf and Shawnee Mission Parkway.

No...the one at Sh.Mission Pkwy and Metcalf. There were 3 Grill Mates and one Amana left there. I haven't been to Ward Pkwy for a while but last week there were only a couple of Amanas left.

Grills went to 75% off today!!!!!! I showed up this morning and there was a lady in the aisle marking down school supplies (most went to 75% off...not the Thermos' or lunchbags, though). I asked her to scan the grills and they were $49.98!!!! She did a doubletake. Both the Amana and Grill King went to 75% at my store...the Grill King one went from 30% straight to 75%. Also, blue dot in the dollar spot went to 50% off.

That is odd because my Target had a whole endcap of "Up & Up" plates and cups on clearance and when I checked on them this week the clearance stickers were taken off, too. I've never seen that happen before. Backpacks 75% here, bug spray 50%, grills STILL 50% and I'm afraid they will all be gone after the weekend. Fingers crossed!

Called the other Target about the grills...no markdown today. I'm guessing that means next week?

Anyone see grills at 75% today? I checked at one Target and no joy. But it's the "slow" Target...I don't know if I have the energy to go to another today.

I checked grills this morning and they were not marked down. I asked the "markdown guy" that was in the area and he said he thought they were marking down today and went to check. I waited and waited and waited and finally tracked him down and he said that they are NOT being marked down today. So, I'll be checking again tomorrow!

Any word on the grills? Is it worth checking today or should I just wait until later in the week? The schedule says that outdoor/sporting goods usually mark down on Thursday, but grills are sort of seasonal. I'm determined to get one at 75%!

Gah! They marked it down after we were there. I knew I should have asked! Were there Tags left at either location? I thought about going back for a couple more to give to friends, but if they are cleaned out I will not waste the time!

Tags 75% off here in KC, too. I got three...one for each of my kids and an extra to give to school. There were tons left on the shelf. I'm stalking the grills. They are 50% off but I SO want one at 75%. They are just sitting there in the middle of the Halloween stuff, so I know that they have to be wanting to move those suckers. If anyone sees one at 75%, please post so I'll know to speed to the store! Pool stuff is STILL 50% off...I can't believe they haven't marked down the pool toys yet.

Has anyone seen grills for 50% off? What day will those likely get marked down? I haven't been paying attention to them, but all of a sudden realized that I may need to get a birthday gift for DH and that may be perfect! Checked Tags yesterday...still 50% off.

Has anyone seen the Tag systems for 75% off? Do you think they will be reduced that low or will they "salvage" them? There is a store near me with a bunch of them left at 50% off...not marked at all. I would LOVE to score one of those babies at 75% off with the $10 coupon...that would make it just $2.50. :) The store I checked at last week while we were on vacation (Silverthorne, CO) had about 8-9 Tags on the shelf at 50% off. There are a lot of good deals to be had with the new printable baby item coupons on the Target website, as well.

Went to another store today...about 10 Tags on the shelf, 3 different box styles. I scanned all three styles and the one with Dr. Seuss came up as full price and the other two were $34.98. There were NO tags/stickers to indicate that these were on clearance. I went ahead and bought one b/c I'm going to be out of town for the next 10 days and who knows if they will still be there. Used the $10 coupon & a $5 Target coupon that came in a Back-to-school mailer, so at least I got it for $20. I'm hoping that b/c these aren't marked, the "lay" shopper will not snag them up and they will still be there for us Perimeter Perusers when they go down to 50-75%. Red Dot Dollar spot 50% off.

All of the pool stuff at my store was 30% off...does that usually make a stop at 50% before hitting 75%? I have my eye on a bunch of pool toys, but I don't want to miss them! When do the pool/sporting goods markdowns happen at your stores?

I went to one Target today and found a couple of things that were 50% last week that are now 75% in the regular toy section (some Batman sets) and lots of seasonal at 75% now. A LOT of it was cleared out already. Saw 2 Sandboxes at 75% off, but i'm not in the market. I also scored a couple of things that were still marked at 30% off, but were actually scanning 75% off...a couple of Cranium games and the cupcake set. WOOO!! It PAYS to know exactly what toys should be 75% off and use that scanner!

Ward Pkwy and Mission (Metcalf/Sh Mis Pkwy) are both 75% today! I found more at Ward Pkwy, but got there about 20 minutes too late b/c there was a lady there with THREE carts full...she had gotten every single lego set and TONS of the other "big" stuff. Oh, well! I still found some good stuff and managed to find a lego set at the other store. Will post the list later.

Went to two stores in KC (my son is feeling better) and sadly, they were both still 30-50% off and employees at both told me that markdowns were not happening today b/c they were too busy resetting the area (and they were...toys EVERYWHERE). They guessed tomorrow. Picnic was 90% off...and all but gone. I got one of those ice crusher things for $1.29 and a couple of placemats for $.19. The KC stores were Ward Pkwy mall and Mission, FYI.
