I was just telling dh that he needs to remind me to call the bank and take the spending limit off of the cards for Friday. I use an ATM/Debit card and it only allows $1000 in transactions per day... what if a payment like utilities or something goes through and I find a good deal??? I dont' PLAN on spending $1000 but you never know... I am trying to stop buying so many things for "Whoever" just because they are such a good deal though!

I answered my own question here... http://www.cricut.com/shopping/ProductDetails.aspx?id=191&s=5&sc=1 Hmmm, wonder if I should get this one and try to sell mine...

1st bullet Personal Cutting System 2nd bullet Fits XXXX Paper (can't read, is it all, it is a short thing, not numbers like a size) 3rd bullet Portability of original cricut with functionality of cricut expression What? I hadn't heard of that. Hmmm, I wanted the expression because it could do the 12x12 paper but have a regular one from last Xmas (that I haven't ever opened yet) Now I have to look into that more

Got a quick question about hard copies of BF ads
MidwestMama replied to civiclover88's topic in 2008
I am usually a calm person who avoids confrontation but I have been pretty stressed lately, very little sleep with a new baby, and put a lot of thought and effort into this BF... if someone dared mess with me or my cart or just happened to be standing NEAR me when I discovered it... well I think it would not be a good thing. For anyone. But then again I've been waiting for a legitimate reason to completely wig out on someone -
I know it is sad and all that this is my first thing to mention missing, but I want Walgreens to have their GIANT Hershey bars for $.50 again! I have gotten those every year for stocking stuffers. Not a big price I know, I mean WalMart has them now for $1.25 but that got me in Walgreens and I always ended up buying other things! I was thinking there may be some promo on Wii things, like accessories. And while there have been several sales on Coats I have not seen any boots or snowpants. With 4 boys, these things are what I am looking for.

Target: Frequently Asked Questions + Price Adjustments
MidwestMama replied to mysticmage's topic in 2008
What worries me about it is that even though it is a corporate decision it is a local customer service employee that I am dealing with. They may or may not know the rule and they may or may not care about it... I feel a little better with Target as I have their corporate email, but WalMart's corporate told me to talk to a local manager... so I did, but I am more nervous about that as I have nothing to really back me up on it. But, as you said, I have no major purchases to get so if it falls through they can just lose my business instead. And you'd better believe I will be pointing that out, that I will just take my ad and price match them at their competitor instead, no problem, thank you very much... Hope that does it. -
This may seem less annoying at first, and it IS funny, but I promise, it gets annoying... Walter the Farting Dog http://www.amazon.com/Walter-Farting-Dog-8-Plush/dp/B000MWB730/ref=pd_sim_b_6 It goes with a series of books. We have them all. (4 boys) That dogs' battery WILL NOT DIE and we've had it for almost 3 years!

OK, new question for you... I swear that there was talk about the Simply Shabby Super Soft Blanket at Target on BF but I don't see it in the ad and I can't find where it was discussed now...

I just called mine and they said they would... I am going to write customer service to have a letter to take with me that day.

LMax can use the same games. My boys share their games and we didn't buy any LMax games... -

I imagine you know this, but it is a toy, not a baby tool. At first I thought it was for a baby and got excited but it is for dolls... So it is probably still a good value, just not for real babies... I have checked back over and over. They have the games I want in the Wii bundle, but not over in the 2/$30 section... Grrrrrrr -
Leapster or Leapster 2 ? Help Decide....
MidwestMama replied to billandheather4's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I know nothing of the Leapster 2 but we do have both a Leapster and a LMax. The Max hooks up to the tv and we have NEVER hooked it up to the tv. EVER. My boys are now 6 and 4 that use these they each got them when they were 3. (They have their own) There was a great deal on the LMAx so we got that last time but seriously no difference between the two. I am not saying anything bad about the Leapster2, just that I have the regular and it is awesome. -

Thanks, I have a couple of times but no luck, I will recheck more often... -
I called ours and it took awhile to find someone who knew, but there WILL be maps this year at ours (a new change) but they weren't sure when they would be available.

I just got back from WalMart. The kids coats and fleece jammie pants are in the dept, just full priced ($15 and $8) Pepsi is $.64 now for a 2 liter! In my paper today there was rebate info for $3 rebate of Kung Fu Panda. I am getting this at WM BF for $9. so this will bring it down to $6. http://www.conagrafoods.com/consumer/adspromotions/promo-kung-fu-panda.jsp?cookietest=true I was asking my check out guy some questions... is there a map, are you open 24hrs that night, any tips on locations? Turns out this is his 4th day on the job. He had no idea it was a big deal but he will be working... I warned him to be ready for craziness!!!

FWIW, I have a Nikon CoolPix that I ordered from WalMart and I LOVE it, but it is a different camera. My mom also had a Nikon and she loved it (which is why I ordered mine). -
Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! I want the set of pots with the straining lids. I know so many hate them but I have a set that I LOVED but that I have worn out completely! I also will be buying 6 of the snow brick makers. They are around $8 here! I am surprised, they seem to usually have a car seat/booster. I don't need one this year, but it seems to nearly be a staple. Hmmmm, not sure which will come after WalMart, Kohls or Menards... and Target comes last since I am just price adjusting, but it is between Kohls and Menards! Too much construction there to walk between right now though.

I hope they come out with more games in the Wii 2/$30. I want Speed Racer and CSI, both which are offered in the Wii bundle but with shipping being $30 to me that isn't worth it just for the two games. If they offered free site to store shipping I'd be all over it! The bundle is good though, I got the bundle several weeks ago with one less game for only $10 less. -
They also have a Save $15 on $30 purchase with Bill Me Later...
