Got The Lorax for $3.99. Added to other stuff in my cart for FSS.

I just pulled the trigger on this: http://www.target.com/p/westinghouse-46-class-1080p-60hz-lcd-hdtv-black-cw46t6dw/-/A-14066277 with Red Card discount and free shipping for $396xx.

No, but I have been back and forth with CS tonight regarding items in my cart not subtotaling at the correct price. Just make sure you review all the prices before you check out! I was just wanting to make sure all the items in my shopping bag were there already (they are charitable items; not BF prices nor eligible for discounts) at the correct prices before I do my BF shopping.

That's 1 a.m. for you and I in EST! Ugh-not sure if I can make it either;I have to work in the morning!

I don't know about the one from Kohl's but my mom bought one a couple of years ago from QVC and she's never complained about tarnish,so I assume it is tarnish-free. Hers is black velvet-lined if that helps at all. I know that she had to have a magnet placed on the front door of the organizer because every time she opened her bedroom door, the organizer door came open! Once she got that fixed, she's very happy with hers. If you have a lot of jewelry (she does!),it really saves space and has it all there handy to look at when deciding what piece to put on. HTH

Maybe I'm the only one who didn't know this, but there is a tab for Coupons that are good in-store and/or online and you can just add them to your card! I found it on the SYWR page and they seem to be member selected, which I take as meaning they are things that I am particularly interested in. So,my coupons might not be the same as other people's. I loaded the following to my card: $10 off $30 footwear, $5 off $50 storewide, and 10% off any Christmas Shop purchase and 7 others (some are for KMart). They expire Nov.26. Hope this helps others I don't know if I will actually use them, but they are there if I need to.

Midnight CST (ugh-that's 1 a.m. for me in EST and I have to work tomorrow!)

Lol,I was at Glenbrook today and pulled right up in one of the closest parking spots.I thought,"This won't happen 3 days from now!" Even I'm not brave, crazy or desperate enough to shop there on BF during the day!

Love these "Flashback Ads"! I remember the ones you posted last year from some year in the 80's. Talk about a trip down Memory Lane

What is NYX and where do you get it? Yes,she said the pigments in the UD were phenomenal. TIA

That $49.99 is a good price on that Keurig by Mr. Coffee brewer. I had to really work to get that thing last year for around $70 (that was ad-matching at Kohl's and taking into account the KC). It was perfect for my 16 y.o. daughter though and she loves it! It's still going strong a year later.

IIRC,I put things in my cart early that I knew were going to be on sale then refreshed at the designated time and the prices changed. I remember many things were already sold out by the time I actually checked out (I had a really big order!) so I had to go back and redo things. In particular, certain candle scents were sold out by the time I got to check out. Last year was my first time doing Kohl's online and I wasn't very good at it and got frustrated.I think only one of my items was cancelled but shipping took WEEKS for some things. I had items on the order that I needed way before Christmas and was sweating, waiting for them to show up. I did get everything I needed before Christmas though. I will try to shop online again this year, but will definitely go to the store if it's something I really, really want and/or need ASAP. Plus, that $10 free card is a good incentive to go there on BF

Yes,the physical (B&M) stores themselves will open at 6 a.m. Friday morning but the online sale starts on Thursday (Thanksgiving).

Do you have a friend or neighbor who could pick one up for you or save you theirs?

Nothing in the ad for me this year either, but that's okay. Happy Shopping everyone!

Thanks! DD17 is a makeup junkie and really, really wants the Urban Decay Naked Pallettes 1&2 and those things are $50 a pop! I don't think I've spent that much on eyeshadow my entire life (and I'm 50) but she claims they are "the best". I liked the price of that Lorac Sweet Luxuries set they had on the front page: I'll have to run that by her and see if that would do.

I wasn't able to participate in this sale, but reading this thread makes me so thrilled for those of you who got your things! CONGRATS to all: Lucky Ducks!

Me too! I am working part-time this year (love my job: hate going to work lol) and time is short enough as it is. It was warm this past weekend,so I got down all my Xmas boxes from the attic; went through them; and started putting stuff near where they will go. I won't decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving because my college sons will be here Weds. night and want to celebrate Thanksgiving BUT we will be putting up our tree before they go back on Sunday. Since it will be warm this weekend,we will go ahead and decorate outside too. Once this weekend is over,I need COLD and SNOW and I will be so happy!

Good for you!

I got the free 3 month Prime with AmazonMom last November and with things I ordered,my free 3 month trial was extended until July of this year! It was nice and came in handy but I declined to buy the $79 membership this year (it was a tough decision) but free streaming whatever means nothing to me so I just couldn't justify it. I just wanted to let others know that if you sign up for AmazonMom,you can extend your membership-for free-just by buying random things totally not related to babies/young children. I specifically remembering getting a free one month extension by buying an electronic chess set. I will admit that if I saw something that would extend my AmazonMom membership,I was more inclined to purchase that item. It can be a great money saver for some but I can also live with SSS. I am getting my sons a Roku for Christmas and want them to sign up for AmazonStudent and I think that streaming stuff will be beneficial for them. They go to Ball State University and with their AmStu account,I can gift them specific things for free shipping too (is my understanding).

From my understanding, this sale was just a bonus pre-BF sale for Shop Your Way Rewards members only. Those of us who are members got a chance to get a few of the sales offered for Thanksgiving/BF a few days early, but folks, there were few of the Doorbusters on sale tonight! I had a chance to get the $97 32" tv but I would have had to driven xx miles for it whereas my Sears is less than 2 miles from my house. I will take my chances in-store or on-line Thursday/Friday. IMO,if you missed this sale, that doesn't mean you won't have the opportunity to get your items in-store or on-line in a few days! For those who did get the $97 tv: CONGRATS and wtg for crossing off one of your things early!

I'm not sure but I think all of Michigan is in the EST zone so the sale went live for you at 6 p.m.

AWESOME as always! Thanks to all mods and Brad the administrator for keeping us all in the in-the-know and up-to-date so we can Getadeal!

Our forecast high: 59, low: 46 for Thanksgiving. BF: high of 51 low: 28. Very mild for this part of NEIN at this time of year. Lines will be long. What's your weather forecast for T'Giving/BF and how do you think it will impact lines?
