Target is offering a $20 gift cards this week, plus there is a coupon on the Target website for a free nunchuk controller with the purchase of a console.

I think I have spent about $1300, including DH, 2 sons, a Wii as our family gift, and 15 other people. I have saved SO much money though, and have been shopping since July, so it hasn't been such a big hit. Paid for everything with cash.

Aww, thanks for posting, but we have that one, and the other Lego ones to date. My sons love them so much that we want to add the new one to our collection. The lego games are their most played games. I'd be all over that deal if we didn't have them. That is a GREAT price :)

I was just able to order the ones that I wanted from the Target website for BF prices :) No fighting on Friday! WOOHOO! :) Edit: My confirmation just came to my email and it says under my order information: We cannot confirm the price of an item until your order enters the shipping process nor will we charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. Honestly, I am pretty sure I saw the same totes in with the regular red reusable target shopping bags. I think you can buy them for the few bucks, but they are giving them free to the first 500 shoppers.

Ok, I am planning to be at Target around 4am. I have a bunch of stuff on my list, but no real big ticket items. I want a few of the Wii and XBOX games, and I am paranoid they will sell out within seconds, even though I will be there early. I have never shopped for games on BF, so I could totally be over reacting. LOL! I know I can buy early and price adjust, but I really just want to take my chances I think... I know electronics will be mobbed... do they still have the games under lock and key on BF, or do they have the sale ones out for customers to help themselves? If I make the electronics dept. my first stop, do I have any chance of getting the ones I want (Halo3, TMNT, SimAminal Africa)?

My DH uses a headset alot when he play XBOX Live, and he just bought the XBOX headset that is $19.99. They have a more expensive one, but he said the one that he got works just fine. As far as batteries, we just use regular AA rather than a charger, but DH is getting rechargable batteries in his stocking this year I have heard with video game controllers, regular Duracell/Rayovac/Energizer batteries are better than the charging docks. Hope that helps :)

Nothing done here yet... tomorrow would be the perfect day to start cause it's supposed to be raining allllll day, but DH has to work and probably won't have time to get the decorations down before he has to leave. I can't do it myself. I'd likely break my neck. LOL
