  1. I am feeling quite accomplished. This is the farthest I have been in my shopping EVER at this time of year. It does help that I started in July. Everything I have is wrapped too, cause I have 3 very nosey boys here (2 little and 1 big one!) LOL! I don't know what I am going to do with my time when I am finished shopping. LOL!
  2. I am about 75% done. I plan to finish up on Black Friday. I have decided what I am getting, but just have to go do that. I still have to get: Mom - 2 gifts (already got started, but need a few more things) Mom's BF - 1 gift (already started, but need one more thing) Best Friend #1 - 1 gift Sister #1- 1 gift Husband - I have a few things but I still have several things to pick up for him, and his stocking presents too DS7 - 3 more gifts DS6 - 3 more gifts DH's Boss - NO idea Dad - DONE Sister #2 - DONE Best Friend's DD - DONE Best Friend's DS - DONE Best Friend #2 - DONE (just need to pack and mail) DSs Teachers - DONE I am really excited to give our sons their Wii this year, and I am excited to give my mom the new dishes we got her. DH asked for a watch, and I think he will love the one I got, so I am anxious for him to have it :)
  3. I am wondering... if I were to go and buy a few of the video games that are in the BF ad a few days before, and use the $10 off of 2 games coupon from the toy book, and then have them price adjusted on Black Friday, will they let me since I used a coupon?
  4. We are getting a Wii as our family gift from Santa this year. Based on reviews, I picked up Wii Sports Resort, Wii Play, Super Mario Super Sluggers Baseball, Mario Kart and I have a preorder in for the new Super Mario Wii. I didn't plan on getting that many games, but I couldn't resist when Target had their sale a few weeks ago! I have boys, so I am not sure how your girls would like them, but we have the Lego games for XBOX and they are their most played games :)
  5. Thank you :) I went and checked my store this morning, and it was only down to $27.98 There was only one left, and it's out of stock at every other store. Not sure if I should grab it anyway?
  6. Which Spongebob lego set was it? I know they have a few, like the Bikini Bottom Express, the Chum Bucket, etc. I'd love to be able to get one for my son for Christmas. He LOVES legos AND Spongebob. Double win! LOL!
  7. I signed up today online. Stinks that the card won't be mailed for 3-4 weeks though. I will be done my shopping by then
  8. Me too. I just put one on layaway at Kmart the other day, but if I can get one with a $100 g/c, that's a no-brainer.
  9. OMG if that Wii deal is true, I am ALL over it. Will it go live on the website at midnight on Saturday morning? I need to be watching! Or is it in-store only? If it's true, will it be the 8am time like last week? Gosh, I am excited!
  10. Rest assured that it will be MUCH easier to find than Zhu Zhu Pets, and it's only $1. It really is such pretty paper. I just love to look at it.
  11. Unfortunately, most of the coupons exclude game hardware. The one from the big toy book can be used on games though. Glad to hear that it is starting to sound possible for you... I am sure that your son will appreciate it very much :)
  12. Isn't it just so cute? I wish I could wallpaper a room with it. The kitty paper was not Hello Kitty. But come to think if it, I think I saw some... At Target I think?
  13. I got a few rolls at the Dollar Tree, and then bought some more in coordinating colors at Target. I LOVE the one pattern I got at DT. It's red with retro type snowflakes and dots, done in pink, white, light blue and lime green. Doesn't sound that great, but it is cute! They have quite a selection there. GeorgiaPeach, I saw pink kitty Christmas paper at the Dollar Tree, if you need more.

  15. I emailed them the other day, and this is the response I got :) Dear Audrey, It sounds like you have some questions about our price adjustment and Low Price Promise policies. Items in the 2-Day sale ad follow normal guidelines. We're able to make adjustments on sale merchandise if we advertise a lower price either the same week or the week following your Target purchase. Adjustments can be made with your original receipt. As a reminder, this service isn't available on clearance merchandise. Advertised prices from any qualifying competitor with a store in your area will be matched. However, we aren't able to match items from membership clubs (like Costco or Sam's Club), discounts that are designated specifically for Loyalty or Club card holders, retailers going out of business, or online retailers. In order for us to match the price, you'll need to bring in the local competitor’s entire current ad and the price must be valid on the date of your purchase. Additionally, this is for single item purchases and can't be used for buy one get one type offers. We will match prices of identical items but are not able to match percentage off. Expect More. Pay Less.® Target is committed to providing you with the latest merchandise at the lowest possible price. Be sure to check out the Circular online to stay up-to-date with what's on sale. You can view it by clicking WeeklyAd at www.target.com. Thanks for shopping with us. We'll see you again soon at Target.
  16. If you do a search for it on Target's website, and then click on it, there is a spot for customer reviews. :)
  17. Oh good to hear! For $19 I will give it a shot :) Thank you!
  18. Well dang. I was so looking forward to the Black and Decker Family Size Griddle for $19. I just checked the reviews on the target site, and they are horrible Guess I will be passing on that.
  19. Thanks for you help Brad. Depending on the TRU ad (and opening time), Target may be my first stop this year :) We are certain that they are opening at 5am this year, right?
  20. I asked Customer Service via email and this is the response that I received... I will print it out to take with me, just in case. 21. Brad is in the middle of posting the Target BF ad, and they are advertising that bundle for $399 with a $50 target giftcard.
  22. Whoot! Brad you are awesome! This is one of the two ads that I have been waiting for! YAY!
  23. I am not sure how you feel about it, but another suggestion is to try a pawn shop. My sister was able to find a Wii at one last year, brand new never opened for 1/2 the price. It's a long shot, but possible. KMart layaway is a great idea too... $400 sure seems like alot (and it is), but $30 a week seems a little easier to swallow. I know it's so hard... hope something works out for you.
