Yes...they are really cool about price adjustments. I've done it twice recently. I was dreading it because I figured being Best Buy there would be some issue. But no problems at all. Once I did it for a CF memory card and once for a Rockband Guitar stand. Neither time did I take the merchandise. Just the receipt and showed them the ad. With the guitar stand, I didn't even have the receipt. I was standing in line to do an online order pickup and saw the ad. I asked her if there was any way they could pull up my receipt. They did it using my phone number since I used my Best Buy rewards card.

My friend just bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy. He talked the guy down on the price. I didn't even know you could do that. But there is a thought. Talk to the guy and ask them if that is the best they can do. My brother in law says Lowes will work with you too. Worst they can say is no, right? Do you have any outlet stores around you? We have some Sears outlets around us. They have some pretty decent deals at times. But you have to know your prices because sometimes you can find a better deal in the store. You said you are selling your house and you need to replace them? For the new owners? Have you considered Craigslist? If they aren't for you, or you don't mind used, I've seen some pretty decent appliances on Craigslist for a decent price. Great Indoors and Sears will sometimes have Floor Models that they sell reasonable. My sister bought her dishwasher from Sears. Somebody ordered it, Sears went to deliver it and it was the wrong size. So it went back to the store. It was never installed or even removed from the box. But she got it for a decent price. HTH

I did that. I bought Tales of Desperaux and Bedtime stories. I used the $3.00 birthday card and the $5.00 printable for Bedtime Stories. She had hit total, then I asked her if I could use the $5.00 off $25.00 and she said she could take it, but she had to void the sale and re-ring so I didn't use it but she said I could. The only thing I didn't have was the $6.00 peelie. I think it was because she had to take the $5.00 off $25.00 first then give her the birthday card. But because I gave her the $3.00 birthday card first, the total was below $25.00 I had also picked up a little mermaid doll for my niece on sale this week for $6.99. If I hadn't my total wouldn't have been over $25.00. This is now getting confusing. Hope this makes sense. : )

I have the Purple DC14. It is an older model. I love it. I've had it for about 4 years or so now. I've been really happy with it. This seems like a great deal. I've never been sorry.when I first bought it my husband thought WHO needs a vacuum that costs that much. And now he likes it too and says it was a great purchase. I like that the hose is in it and you can easily go back and forth between the hose and adding attachments is easy. I bought the dusting wand which is awesome. You can dust tables and tvs. And the bending extension wand that you can bend into areas like window frames and between the the banister and areas like that. I bought those through Amazon. If your main vacuum doesn't have a great suction but the hose part does, check all the little clippy parts around the vacuum. One may be lose letting air in. Or one may have something stuck in it. When my main part wasn't sucking, I couldn't find anything and was about to take it in, then I pulled off all the little clippy parts and found a cap from the kids hair tangle spray in there. Something like that may be your problem. We (my sister and I) bought my mom a Dyson for Mother's Day last year. She wasn't thrilled with it. She never told me she wasn't happy with it. She was here when I took off the clips and pulled the lid out. She went home and checked hers and sure enough there was a little something in hers too. She pulled it out and suction is back. She is now happy with it. It is supposed to make it easy to get things out, but you forget to check those little areas. HTH

Thanks! I figured it was worth a try. I went and bought the Tales of Desperaux DVD and the Bedtime Stories DVD. They were buy one get one 1/2 price. So it was $30.00 for both. Then I used the $5.00 off printable that was posted in "offline hot deals" Target Bedtime Stories/Pooh thread. They didn't even question it. They ended up being $12.50 a movie. I can deal with that. Then there is also a $5.00 rebate posted in that same thread.

Will Toys R Us take printable coupons? I have to grab something for my niece. Her birthday is on Friday. Seems like great deals if you can use the coupon.

My sister did this last year for her daughter and got some cute soft easter baskets that were ballerina like I think it was a little tu tu?? And she put stuff around the party in those. They were cute. Easter is next week so it will be clearanced out the week after I would definitely take a walk through that area especially for goody bag stuff. I was able to add some candles and apply the code. But I have a gift card and it won't let me use that. So I called and they said I could use the gift card to place the order by phone but they don't have any valid coupon codes right now so she can take my order and use the gift card but can't use the coupon code. Bummer!!!!! I guess I'll have to go in store and use my gift card before they close. I wouldn't mind paying the shipping with the coupon code. But seems like a lot to pay without the code. I usually buy my boys shoes at Kohls. They have a LOT of options. They have even more options for girls. And more clearance shoes for girls. But the prices are pretty good. I have a Kohls card and they usually have an additional % off. The clearance is hit and miss but I've found some great shoes for great prices.

I've had issues with them too. Once you sign up, you are supposed to get coupons that are good for their "member nights". My sister will get the coupon, and I won't. We live close to eachother (like 3 minute drive) so it isn't by area. It isn't by what you spend, since we spend close to the same amount between her 3 girls and my 4 boys. And I can't remember what the exact Christmas Promo was but it was like something back for every 100.00 you spent. Or something like that. If you spent $197.00 it counts as $100.00 so you had to keep track of the next increment. I got ONE $10.00 certificate. I should have received more. Then the rewards have an expiration date which I thought was wrong because they expire really fast. Not like 6 months or a year. But like within 14 days. Then if you use the certificate and you return the item, they don't give you store credit. You lose it. So you have to make sure you are will not be returning the item. I was so angry when that happened, I called managers over, reminded them of the class action lawsuit they had with the Toys R Us credit card reward points. They ended up giving me store credit, but said they won't be able to do that in the future. Good Luck. I hope you can get what you earned. Every little bit helps. You say it is only $15.00. My son was in awe over this book. He is turning 9. And thought this was amazing. I thought it was odd that a 9 new year old was interested in it. If I had seen it in a store I would have bought it for my mom or my husband because I would think they would appreciate it. I received a similar letter. I always throw this kind of letter out. I kept this one because it "sounded good". Please post when you find out if this is legit. I know lots of companies are doing things to get business. But I was affraid to jump on it.
