To anyone that missed out on Secret Santa, Gottadeal is up and moving all year every day, not just around Black Friday. They started back around September trying to get things worked out and line up. Lots of things always going on here in the forum, there is just no Black Friday ads. They have to have a cutoff date, in order to arrange and be fair to those shipping boxes. Normally the deadline to ship is first weekend of Decemeber, just to make sure everyone receives a box. Ornament, Xmas card. In addition sometimes the people hosting the events change and need to know who all has flaked out in the past. That might be up to the manager at your store, if they know you by name and always see you there. They may be willing to work with you. I'd grab it at Bestbuy online and then try to see if Amazon or someplace else has a better deal. Newegg.com also has lots of Black Friday deals. Normally its sent out via email. Maybe even an Apple Store Ad would feature it. The hardest thing is getting a store to say ok that is identical. Good Luck. You can always return it if you see a better deal on cyber monday. Going to suggest looking at BlackFriday Charts, and then do some reviews online looking up. Go to manufacturers sites and look up the camera, or find a camera store and give them a phone call. The short answer is NO to price matching gift cards etc. The only thing they will price match is the manufacturers price. So if for example Apple says to sell it for $190. I think the thrill of stores opening and it being early on Friday made it special. It also I think helped eliminate too many young kids and any problems or screaming that result as of that.
