But if you merely clicked on an item and were permitted to purchase it and received confirmation, then you have a great arguement. Your argument is stronger since it seems that some people did the same thing and will get the items.

as for test marketing, it would be because central OH is a major test market for many products, particularly restaurants - not for the "he hate me" thing cant get indy or pitt ads to load... keep setting off that pager!! lol

I was told by a mgr last year it's the test market issue. I don't remember if it was the Feds about a FL case or the FL AG, but one of them nailed BB at least as badly as OH. Actually OH seemed to let them off too easily. actually, it does work that way... it just isn't SUPPOSED to work that way!

Another benefit of the subscription is that you get all of the coupons and you are supposed to get all of the circulars. Retail stores sometimes get a stripped down version - short some inserts. I've seen some other posts where people claim that they had the opposite experience, but I've talked to carriers and people who work for newspapers - they seem to confirm my experiences. Maybe it's just a YMMV situation. Maybe you need to tip your carriers better!!

You had to be in line REALLY early for those. I saw about 15-20 tents in front of one store - now THAT'S how you wait in line!! I believe there was an announced shortage a while back, that's why everyone was camped out on the release date (Monday I think??)
