These were in the regular isle with a tag that said "temporary price cut". I also picked up a few of those chocolate bunnies, they were very cute and for $0.99 a great deal. I have never heard this either. I know for Christmas I used my JCP card to buy gift cards.

They were on clearance a few weeks back at my store. I bought some of the really long ones and they were in the regular isle.

Does anybody know why Christmas/Valentines would only be ringing up 50% off in March? My target has had about 5 pairs of cute socks on a clearance endcap since Christmas. They have a monkey with a santa hat and are obviously Christmas. I scan them every time I go there and they are always $2.98. Then a few weeks ago I found some valentines ones and they are ringing up the same way. I would think by now they would be ringing up NOF. Do you think if I take them to the cashier she will go to 90% or am I just gonna have to wait and see if they ever go down? Have any of you ever had this problem with an item?

Our heaters are still only 30% off. Did you happen to notice if yours went straight from 30% to 75% or am I going to have to patiently wait it out?

We used to get these all the time when we lived in Germany (military). When we came back to the states my mom would get them from Target. It's been quite awhile since I've had one, but it wouldn't hurt to check there. Also, try Cost Plus World Market. They have a great selection of imported candies. HTH

I truly have thought about going back, because I do feel guilty. I went to this store while in the city visiting my mom today (I live in a suburb). This store is about 20-30 miles away, I think I would end up losing money after going back with the price of gas plus having to drag 3 little ones out. I just wish she would have rang it up right, so I wouldn't feel so guilty.

I went to pick up the power snowshovel for my fil for next Christmas since it was marked down to $24.XX. I thought that was a great deal, and then I went to the register to pay. The box is really big so she had to use her gun to scan the barcode which is on the top of the box. When I got home I took out my receipt to write my total in the checkbook and realized the shovel never scanned. After looking at the box there are two barcodes on the top. She must have scanned the wrong one, because I heard it beep when she scanned it. I'm just glad I didn't realize it while in the store, because I would have felt so guilty about not paying for it. I definately would have told her. So all in all I got a $100 shovel for free.

I have been working in business collections for quite awhile and I can really see this whole economic slowdown. I have sooo many customers who just can't pay us right now, and these are customers who were always current. I've got checks bouncing left and right. It's really rough for the small "mom and pop" businesses.

How does the electric snowshovel work? I was thinking about getting one for my father-in-law, but I don't know if he would use it.

My boys have always shared their cokes until just recently. Now they put up a big fight about how they don't wanna share and the other one has germs. So now they each get their own and the price is ridiculous. There drinks cost almost as much as their food.

I agree, you need to send a certified letter diputing the validity of this debt. You also need to demand proof that this was ordered either with a signature or copy of the recording.

We have gotten the giant plastic gift bags at walgreens before. We wrapped my ds bike with that.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago when they were 29.XX. My son uses them for his lego's and action figures. This is the best thing I have ever bought, it really seems to keep all those legos in one place instead of spread out throughout the whole house.

Target has been in the news alot lately. Last night they aired a story about how target has one of the best forensic csi labs in the country. They even help local police departments catch murderers. We get all my husbands clothes from Burlington. They have some really nice clothing for really cheap.

Does GB hit 75%? If so, when does that usually happen? Also, I have noticed that the outdoor firebowls have been on clearance awhile now, but I really want the outdoor heater. They are still full price, anybody ever noticed if they go clearance? Is it much later in the season? Thanks! :)
