90% off Halloween in Kernersville, NC today! I got slipper socks .49, placemats .19, plates and napkins .29, cups .19, lighted whistle necklaces .39, and 4 shirts for my 3 year old for .60!! I was thrilled. I also found 25 packs of TDK color slim jewel cases for cds and dvds for 1.62. Great day at Target!

It does include everything, even clearance. I went tonight and got one pair of jeans, 4 shirts, and a sweater for $62. Some of the clearance shirts were marked down to 4.99 which made them 2.99 after the discount. There were some really good deals. The clerk said this is the first annual sale, so they will probably have it every November and possibly an additional one in the spring.

Yes, I got an email from them about this- it is their Friends and Family Sale, 40% off everything except gift cards!! The email stated to print and bring in the ad, but I am not sure that you would have to have it. I love to shop there, so I will be heading out this evening!

Found 3m Thinsulate 40 gram mittens for boys and girls last night at 75% off, only 1.24!! Also, saw three of those futons everyone bought weeks ago, finally at 75% off in the Greensboro, NC Target. Purell is on clearance- check the regular soap aisle, making it .17 after the 1.00 coupon from the inserts. Of course, the cashier tried to refuse my Purell coupon, saying that Target does not take coupons on clearance merchandise! WHAT????

I think it was during the winter last year, probably January, that our Target clearanced out the pink Dysons. They made it to 50% off before they were all snatched up. That is a great deal on a Dyson. Someone in the Target thread a few days ago mentioned that their Target now has the pink ones at 30% off but I have not seen any discounted at any of my stores yet. I would definitely keep an eye out though-that is the only time I have ever saw a Dyson on clearance.

The Target flier for this week inside on one of the toy pages says it is coming out next Sunday in the newspaper.

The Target candy coupon was in the Sunday newspaper coupon inserts a few weeks ago. I don't think there is a printable one out there.

Does anyone know when fire pit/fire bowls usually go on clearance again? My sister wants one from Target that is 99.00 this week and I don't know whether to buy or wait for a lower price. When do these usually get marked down? I know there were some marked down in the summer clearance a few months ago. Any chance of clearance again before Christmas? Thanks.

The Cooking with Paula Deen magazine from the spring had party ideas in it. I would have to look to see exactly which issue, but there was a section on baby showers and there were some very cute ideas. I thought the best one was some pacifiers she made out of life savers and royal icing. It was super easy and very cute!

I went last night with Target and manf. coupons on the candy and did not have a problem. This was unusual, because it seems like every time I go in there, the register beeps for no reason or the cashier says, you can't use 2 coupons on 1 item. The last time, she called the manager over who corrected her and said yes you can! I was pleasantly surprised last night when there were no issues! And the Target coupon on the candy also came from the Sunday inserts- it was with all of the other manf. coupons.

I have had the Kohls card for several years and every Black Friday that I can remember shopping there, I have had the pick a day and save 15% with your card coupon. It usually comes out a week before BF and is good for one day in store and one day online. I just save it and use it on BF. It is for cardholders only, but the Kohls bucks are for everyone.

My little boy is way into anything rescue related- and he loves looking at a Playmobil brochure that we have. He is asking for the fire related items, the EMS, and the police car. I checked the playmobil website and that stuff is expensive! Anyone know of any places to get a good deal or any discount codes? Thanks!

Just got back from TRU. All clearance clothing was an additional 50% off, and my store had quite a bit left. A lot of summer items, but also some fall/winter things. I got: 3 sets of pants with matching long sleeve shirts (these were jeans or kahkis with coordinating shirts) 3.00 each set a firetruck sleeper with matching onesie and bib 3.45 3 shorts/shirts outfits (elmo, thomas, oscar the grouch) 2.55 each set 3 short sleeve shirts 1.45-1.80 each I bought mosty 6-12 month boys' sizes, but there were a range of sizes left in bigger boys and in girls. Lots of Carters clothing items were included. Shoes were not inlcuded in the additional percentage off, but I did get a nice pair of Reeboks for 7.xx. Also picked up a Spiderman and Friends Park Playset in Megablocks for 6.50(regularly $25). There were some toy clearance items scattered throughout the store, in the regular aisles. Most were not that great, but a few were 75% off, you just had to look.

I bought a nice end table that had been 119.99 for 29.98! I also saw a lot of digital cameras in the electronics case for 50% off, and a lot of 30% markdowns in party stuff and housewares. Kitchenaid Mixers were down to 167.xx but can't remember the size on those. Futons were regular price and no dorm refrigerators to be found!

I just got some washable paints on the back to school clearance at Target. They were 75% off, but most stores are out by now. You could always check Wal-Mart's back to school markdowns, but their deals are usually not as good. Good luck!

I was just in Walgreens and got 3 Mega size packs of Luvs, sizes 4 and 5 for 3.76 each, plus I had a 2.00 off 2 packs coupon. These were the only sizes/packages of Luvs they had left at my store. I also picked up 6 packs of Jumbo size 3t-4t Feel and Learns for 2.79 a pack. Minus the 2.00 coupons that are expiring 9/30 and they were 0.79 each!!!! Also got a bottle of Johnsons baby lotion on clearance for .09 after using a 1.00 coupon.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. I used the 15% off and the cashier gave it back to me undated. I went to another Kohls the next day and used it to purchase some items that the other store did not have in my son's size. I did not have any problem at all.

I was in there tonight and saw that women's clearance clothing was an additional 75% off the price marked. There were racks of racks of things, mostly shirts but some capris and a few skirts. I price checked clearance items in baby/kids clothing and these were not an additional percentage off, but the clearance signs said that they were up to 90% off. Most of the toddler clothes I looked at on these racks were $2-$3, so not too bad. Also checked items in shoes and sleepwear, but these were the price marked. It would be nice if they would just have everything clearance included, instead of making it so confusing!
