Kernersville NC is still at 50% off. I am stuck at home with a sprained ankle so I sent my hubby over there in the rain! Maybe tomorrow.... Hubby just came back and he asked the manager- he told him it would probably be the end of the week before it change to 75% off, maybe even next Friday!! I find that really hard to believe, especially since my hubby said they had tons of stuff left!

Last year when the toys hit 75% after Christmas (wasn't it January 9 or something like that?), I went to my Target at 9:00 am and everything was still at 50% off. I came home and read all the posts about it being 75% off and I went back to the same store about 6:00 pm. When I got there, most of the toys were still at 50% off except for one aisle over by seasonal. I thought it was very odd. So, I bought some things and decided to be there the next morning when they opened. Sure enough, all of the clearance toys were 75% off when I got there on that Thursday at 8. This only happened at the store closest to me though- the other stores around went 75% off all on the same day (the day before!)

There are peelies on Energizer rechargeable ones at CVS for $2.00 off. Also, there were coupons in the Sunday inserts a while back for $2 off Duracell rechargeable batteries or the charger. These expire 12/31.

These were at Target in Kernersville, NC yesterday. I have not been to other Targets in our area to check if they were also doing this clearance. I suspect they are, because these were all in the regular sewing aisle with red clearance tags on the shelf. There was one Brother and 2 different Shark machines. I cannot remember the prices exactly, but I believe they were $75-$85. The scissors were also 50% off ranging from $1.98 to $9.98. The irons were also in the same aisle and they were marked down as well, but I did not check the prices. If I am there again soon, I will write down the SKUs for you.

I saw Brother and Shark sewing machines at 50% off today, also some sewing scissors marked at 50% off. Big boxes of Pampers Feel and Learns and Easy Ups (72 count) were 12.58 each. Lots of 30% markdowns in kitchen aisles and toys.

I did not even get to the Christmas stuff or housewares. I am going back in a little while and will post again if I find things in those departments.

I have been shopping the big online sale at Kohls.com but most items were already out of stock, so I went to my local Kohls last night and found tons of things at 90% off! I am going to another store today. Here are some of the finds: Chaps Short Sleeve Polos for boys 4-7 $2.00 Sonoma Solid color Stretch T-shirts for women $1.20 Sonoma Striped Short Sleeve Shirts for women $1.80 Sonoma Long Sleeve Tops for women $2.40 These prices were before my extra percentage discount with the Kohls charge!!! And most items rang up lower than the price marked when I got to the register. Even items that I scanned at the price checkers came up lower upfront! There were rtacks of clearance all over the store in all of the clothing sections and it was a pretty big mess, but well worth the time it took to look!

Found some good deals at Target today. I got Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts in the 14 oz. glass jars for .74 each and a Glad Scented Oil Candle with Holder marked down to 4.24- a 4.00 coupon from the inserts, making it only .24!!! I also noticed lots of 30% off clearance in the infant/toddler clothing and in the kitchen utensils/pots and pans. There was also some liguid Tide 48 load I think marked down to 6.xx.

Yes, this happened to me with Amazon too. I ordered a ton of books during one of their sales about a month ago and after a few weeks, I was told that they were cancelling my order due to pricing errors. They also drug it out and did it a few books at a time until finally they cancelled all of them. I called and complained and they say it is in their terms and condiitons. I did get a $10 gift card for my trouble, but I don't think I will be shopping Amazon as much in the future. Their customer service was horrible and I don't like that they can just cancel orders at their discretion, especially when the items are still in stock, just at higher prices.

Yes, the things we do for our babies!!! I will add that Target has had it listed as shipping in 2-6 weeks since before their last 29.99 sale, so I would be hesitant about buying it online from them right now and waiting it out, and unless there is a free shipping deal valid on it, the shipping was outrageous!

I picked up one at Target this week for $33. Unlike the last sale when they were 29.99, there were tons in stock! Wish I had gotten the raincheck from before, it would have saved me a few more dollars. I have been looking for these for about a month and 29.99 has been the cheapest price I have found yet.

Also, Target was clearancing out one pattern of Fisher Price swings, high chairs, and strollers. Can't remember but I think it was the Family Tree Pattern. Check the Target thread for details. I found some of these pieces at my Target, but they were only at 50% off. Target will also do a big baby markdown in January I think. Last year, I hit it on the 75% off day and racked up- they had baby monitors, all kinds of layette pieces, baby books, bibs, breast pumps, bottle sets for 75% off.

As for coupons, the last time that I was in Babies R Us, which was Black Friday, I got a passport to savings brochure handed to me when I checked out. Inside, there were 2 15% off any item coupons (of course, excludes diapers, formula, gc), as well as coupons on diapers and wipes. This is the first time I have gotten one of these.

I use my Acer laptop everyday and I love it! We bought it on Craigslist and have been very pleased. I highly recommend Acer!!

I found the booklets at the pharmacy counter in the back of the store. Others have found them on the rack of pamphlets that are near the pharmacy. You do need the coupon to get it for that price.

Found Pampers big boxes of diapers tonight (112 count I think) for 13.98. I used a Target and manf coupon to get these for 10.98. They also had Pull-ups for 30% off, making them 6.xx before coupons for a jumbo pack.

Does this work on Dr. Pepper or just Pepsi? I found peelies for $1 off a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper, Squirt, or Hawaiian Punch 12 packs tonight. It would be great if I could use those for this deal!

I saw the orange can of Similac Sensitive (huge bonus size) at Target on clearance! I think they were 50% off. I did not look closely, because I need Good Start, but the Good Start bonus cans were 50% off as well. I saw these in NC just this past Saturday, so check your Target! Good luck. April

Yes, last year the games were almost all gone when I got there very early in the morning and there were no rebate forms to be found. The cashiers also had no idea on how to get a form or send in for the rebate.

We also have the Fisher Price one and it has been put through a lot and still works great. I am very pleased with it and our 3 year old loves it!

I found the 2 pack of Nestle Good Start Natural Cultures Formula tonight at 50% off!! It was $13 for two of the 12 oz cans packaged together. Also had a $3 coupon with me, so this was a great deal!! I love finding things like diapers and formula that I really need on clearance!

I do not know their official policy, but 2 years ago I purchased a Little Tikes Playhouse for my little boy at TRU. About a week or so later, I went in and the house was on sale and they were offering a free Little Tikes toy for every $20 in Little Tikes toy purchases. I had my receipt in my purse, so I went over to customer service and asked about a price adjustment. They gave me the difference and told me to go back and pick out my free toys!! I was hoping for an adjustment, but never expected that I would also get the toy deal. They did not give me a problem at all!! Of course, this could be just my store or the policy may have changed.

I agree! A lot of the toys were 40% off during this last week's sale and on Friday and Saturday, the sale toys were an additional 15% off of the sale price. Combined with your Kohls card 15, 20, or 30% off made the toys a reallly great deal and there were no crowds and long lines to contend with. It is definitely worth getting the card and I love shopping before the BF chaos and getting these great deals!

I have been wondering about those tags too. I have seen a lot of stuff in my store with the clearance tag underneath and no percentage off, and I take them up to the register but they always scan full price. The cashiers have told me that it means it will be on clearance soon, but some of this stuff has been like that for months! And other items with those tags just disappear before I have ever seen a markdown on them (such as the Shark broom vacs!).
