  1. Thanks for your info. However, these very dress pants. They certainly did not have a distressed style. The hems undid themselves, and one pair ripped at the crotch AS I WAS TEACHING! That's not quality.
  2. Check your junk mail folder. I got mine in my regular inbox within seconds.
  3. I've been so disappointed with JC Penney lately. I ordered 5 pairs of pants from them for work and four ripped within 2 months. I wash them on a gentle cycle. They sent me a $25 gift certificate. No! I spent a lot of money for 4 pairs of pants that ripped right away. I want a refund. Not $25. I can't even find anything to spend the $25 on. They used to have quality clothing.
  4. I was on Outback's website today (www.outback.com) and there was a link that said "Get $10 off. This deal will be gone in a jiffy." You click on the link on the Outback website and it requires you to be Facebook friends with them. Then, you fill in a box with information, and the coupon gets emailed to you. I have the coupon in my inbox, and it was listed on the Outback website so it is legit. My one concern is that it made you check that Outback can share information on your wall at any time. I went into my account settings and changed that, or you can just unfriend them right away. It didn't put anything on my wall, because I unchecked the box that said "post on my Facebook wall". Have fun.
  5. I guess the doorbusters are good but I just needed dress pants and the sale price was the normal sale price. At least there is free shipping!
  6. Thanks. I miss Half Price Books so bad! I checked a few books and they are cheaper than Amazon.
  7. I believe I've seen them at JC Penney and Brylane Home (a website).
  8. We get a ton of money for supplies but it can only be used on special ed. stuff. So I have all this fancy adapted stuff, and no cardstock!
  9. I know this is a bit of a minor thing to look for, but I am looking for the best deal on a pack of cardstock for copier paper. Preferably, it would be a multicolor bright pack, but anything else is okay, except maybe for white. This is for games in my classroom. Anyone know of a fantastic deal? A 100 pack would be fine, but a 250 pack would be nice too.
  10. Not a register reward, but Walgreens brand Benedryl, Claritin, and Sudafed are B1G1. I'm not really sure what I can do with 48 Benedryl but I needed a box. LOL.
  11. I found a 36 inch long one at Bed Bath and Beyond. I knew it was a standard size but i just couldnt find it
  12. I looked at Target and Big Lots. I hate Walmart and its not close but that may be my next destination.
  13. I really need to cover up this horrible window in my classroom. It is 35 inches by 35 inches. I can't find any curtains with lengths around that. Does anyone know where to go?
  14. When I was younger, we knew we'd only get a few of the things we listed.
  15. I usually try to finish by Thanksgiving, but I've only bought a few of the small gifts for my Secret Santa and that's it. I really hate crowds and wish I got it done sooner.
  16. Allshoppedout, I love the tote bag idea. I can never have enough of them. They wear out after a while, too. A Land's End one might never wear out. I love ornaments from kids. I can look at each ornament and remember each kid believe it or not. One parent who didn't have a lot of money put me together a basket with basic supplies (paper clips, post it notes, etc). She didn't spend any more than $10 and it was one of my best presents to date.
  17. Old Navy seems expensive lately. Is it just me?
  18. This is from three years ago. The dresses were of great quality, however, Value City is no longer in buisiness.
  19. Stock up time, thanks! I am a member of the Buzz Club, wonder why I didn't get this email?
  20. I'll probably spend about $150 this year. I only have my mom, dad, brother, brothers gf, and secret Santa to buy for. My friends don't exchange gifts, and at work we only do with our secret Santas. I might buy my 6 reading students $1 books from Scholastic, but I haven't decided yet. I think its a small price to pay for a good benefit.
  21. I am looking for a good vacuum under around $75ish. Last time, I purchased the Consumer Reports Best Buy and it only lasted 9 months. It needs to have a HEPA filter and be somewhat lightweight. Thanks!
  22. My mom has them and loves them. I used to live with her and didn't love them as much. They have a generic version you can get at HomeGoods for cheaper. I like those betters because you just get hangers, insteead of the 150 packs which have some random items that aren't hangers.
