I went to my Office Max to get highlighting tape (I had been to 4 stores looking for it- ended up finding it at the dollar store) and it was completely closed, with no indication an Office Max had ever been there. How sad for the workers....and no sales either

Wow, thanks I need one. To Walgreens I go! I saw that coupon and was wondering where I could use it and get a free one....we get a weekly paper on Thursday, too, so maybe I'll have two coupons!

I went to my local JC Penny and checked out the ladies, petites, juniors, and accessories. If its a drive and you are considering going, I would say save the gas. Most of the stuff left I wouldn't even pay $3.77 for. I might wear it if they paid me, but its worth checking if it is not a far drive. Kohls was having a nice sale, though and I got some lovely fleece pants for $2.50 and a cashmere sweater for $10.

You have to sign up in the store, but if you also register your card online, you get a choice of three coupons. You can get: (ONE of the following) 30% off couponFree 12 oz coffee$5 towards a holiday savings accountApparently, they will be rewarding customers' purchases throughout the year and putting a certain percentage towards a type of gift certificate you can use around the holidays. Some of these are quite "interesting" or outdated, but it may be worthwhile to look into. I think I will later today.
