You are correct. You need a DSL modem, wireless router and wireless laptop card (usually sells for $30 after rebates).

If you don't mind rebates keep an eye on BB/CC ads, they usually have a Toshiba or HP laptop for $499 AR.

First I would wait until the BB/CC/CompUSA BF ads are leaked then form your plan of attack.

Praveen, That Toshiba would be a very good deal if it was a Pentium-M and offered 512MB RAM. Those 3 freebies are worth about $100 if you find a Hot Deal on them.

It really depends on the BF deals and how good of a deal it is. For instance if they have an awesome 32" LCD HDTV I'll wait 4-6 hours because I'm saving $300 on a brand new TV. I don't know about you but waiting 4 hours to save $300 seems like a good deal to me?
