I got one too, the $50 Best Buy gift card was the clencher. Walmart and ToysRUs have $50iTunes gift cards.

I got cancelled at least 5 times last year from various stores (BB, ToysRUs and Radio Shack), hence my signature.

Walmart's ad this year is claiming on the front page that they will price match. But as stated previously, their numbers are unique on some items, like TVs and computers. Movies and toys usually work good for matching.

Usually not. Rebates are usually not matched, but the price before the rebate can be matched.

I bought two Xbox 360 games and got free shipping. Also, my Sony Blu-ray player and movie were free shipping, less than an hour ago.

Well, I got most of what I wanted. The Sony Blu-ray S360 is online for $129 w/ free shipping. Walmart just posted it for $118 with .97 cent shipping or free to store. I almost did that, but Best Buy added a free movie, Transformers 2. So, for $12 bucks it's worth it. Amazon was going to have Transformers 2 today for $13 as part of their lightning deal, but I saved a few bucks this way and don't have to wait for the Amazon deal. I can got to bed now. I also got a few games for the Xbox360. Everything I bought came from the BF ad.

No, because every store is different. By the looks of it, they should be in their normal spot in your store. It seems like only the doorbuster types have designated areas, but I could be wrong.

Well, I was browsing Walmart's site. I found the $198 laptop. The online ad says it will be available both in-store and online, but when you read the product information it reads: Please Note: This item will only be available in stores at this special low price on Friday, Nov. 27. Limited quantities available. Note the key word 'ONLY'. I guess I'm not as excited as I was .

Everything is spread out. I guess they are trying to prevent you getting more than one or two of the hot deals. Of course, their excuse is crowd control, lol.

Darn, that stuff is spread out everywhere, even in the grocery section, lol. Laptop and 32 inch TV far apart .

I got Walmart's BF ad in the paper today (Sunday). I know we have it online, but I'm suprised it's out so early.

Not true. It comes with(according to Xbox.com) a 512mb memory card(previous models had 256mb, but this changed recently). You can save games on the card. But you may want to invest in a hard drive later. By the time, you buy another memory card (512mb about $50) you could buy a refurbished 20 GB hard drive (lots of room) or even a 60GB for not much more. Then you can download demos and movies.

Any computer you get should be able to surf the internet (i.e. Facebook and all that stuff) with no problems.
