USELESSNESS VENT: So I decided to stop by walmart on way home from work and asked to speak to store manager only to be told they're not there at 5:30pm. I then asked when they might be available next and the rep responds with "what do you need to speak to them for?". I explained I need BF info and rep advises me pretty spectacularly that SHE knows nothing about it. So now I;m annoyed and say "exactly, thats why I needed the STORE MANAGER" and she proceeds to tell me that the store manager has nothing to do with sales and they basically have no business in the store at 5:30pm. So I insist she calls another manager knowing full well they'll know nothing to but indulge myself. Manager eventually shows up not speaking a word of english after rep specifically asks me if I speak english so I re-explain my question and basically get the same "I know nothing" response. She was super helpful when I asked for historical information from years past on when ppl show up "PPL show up earlier or later depending on what they want it's a 24 hr store". I suppose I will have to stalk the store manager sometime next week or write corporate. On the bright side I did notice a Gamestop in same shopping center.

Never tried it. I guess if you hid it well enough and clerks didn't find re-arranging stuff you would be fine. Just make sure you don't put it next to a high traffic area where it may be uncovered before you get back for it.

I am totally overwhelmed but mostly just fried. I don't have that disconnect most people have and take on EVERYTHING if nobody else is doing what they should, its made for a hectic year. I hope to have some plan set up this weekend and then change that based on whatevers available online. I have the added pleasure (NOT) of pissing annoying ppl off by missing THEIR thanksgving dinner this year.

Our sears is never too packed on BF on a side note I hear the appliances will be cheaper at Home Depot so that may be something to consider if you have one in your area.

I'm not a fan of BB. Actually had to call my credit card to dispute a charge from them after they credited me for overcharging me then re-billed me half the credit a few days later. I've had very bad customer service from them in the past but if the price is right, I'll take advantage of any holiday offers especially if I can get free shipping and avoid stepping foot in my local store. It must be a new thing for them now they don't respond to emails whatsoever. You get an automated reply "we'll get back to you when we can" and then nothing.

The ones I saw in store today looked cheaply made but we already had similar ones (if not the same) in the girls clearance section.

I got this one last year for $99 I think with a bluray included and I enjoy it. Might get my parents one and return the walmart non-netflix one I ordered today for 65. They don't need it but I'm sure my mom access it if she had it.

I need new jeans again but don't know if I feel like going after work today. I like losing weight but will be on my 3rd size in as many months now and I hate jean shopping. UPDATE: I got 2 pairs of jeans $1.98 & $7.49, 2 Pairs of cargo pants pigment dyed $5.99 each, some womens halloween boxer shorts 0.48, 2pack menths athletic boxers with quicky dry $3.67 and a pair of mens jeans for 3.49. I love 50% off old navy clearance but now that I'm a size 6 I'm starting to find not so much stuff, plus the sales have been so good both stores are probably going to be bare soon.

I know its not about the gifts, I used to enjoy the family time and giving the gifts and well since a certain person enetered the family it's not been even remotely the same. When ppl make it obvious that IT IS ABOUT THE GIFT and no matter what you get them its not enough it takes the fun out of it. When it's just an adult you can just forget them or get whatever but when you add children to the mix and it's just plain sad

I don't think I've ever needed a cart for BF except for one time at CompUsa when I bought a whole bunch of dvd binders.

The year we bought a 32" at BB they loaded it straight into our trunk for us but some of the youtube video show people hauling them off single handedly in the mad dash. Theoretically they only weigh about 30-40 lbs so shouldn't be too hard to drag/push across store I'd be more worried about getting your hands on it if it's a free for all like some of the videos posted in another thread.
