  1. I'm trying to get in on this, but Disney's website SUCKS! They should take some of that HSM and Hannah Montana revenue and use it to UPGRADE THEIR SERVERS!!!! Oh well...I'll keep trying.
  2. Check your local Walmart. Mine still had them for $119 today. I have a QK Silhouette...more $$$ upfront, but I don't have to worry about cartridges. Still, if I had wanted a Cricut, I would've picked it up at Walmart. Someone else on the board said they found one today at their Walmart marked down to $89.
  3. I agree. I opted for a QK Silhouette and I LOVE it. I especially love not having to buy cartridges all the time...I just surf the web and collect all the free TT fonts I want. Also, I have been able to create my own designs. Can you weld words with Cricut? I'm not sure, but that's another reason I decided on the Silhouette (same as Wishblade and CraftRobo but a little cheaper).
  4. Thanks! This is a great deal. The pen alone retails for $79.99. I had ordered one from B&N with a 25% promo code for $63.56 shipped (w/ MI tax), and I thought that was a great deal. But this one is better because you get all the extras(and a free backpack to store it all). It won't let you use the 25% off code on this order. I think it says the Fly Fusion Pentop Computer and Leapster are exempt from that promotion. But I was able to use the free shipping code, which saved me $12: Product Price Quantity Total Fusion Ultimate Homework Gift Set $162.95 1 $89.99 FLY® 1.0 Backpack $17.49 1 $0.00 Subtotal $89.99 Shipping: Ground $11.95 Tax $5.40 Shipping Discount - $11.95 Order Total $95.39
  5. I got one. This will make a great stocking stuffer for dd. She saw the movie trailer and can't wait for the release. And of course I used to love the chipmunks. Thanks OP.
  6. I also had no problems. There was no line at the service desk, so I walked right up. She scanned my receipt and told me how much $$$ was being put back on my cc. Whole thing took <2mins!
  7. I'm in MI, and my Target didn't do this. All the lines moved very fast, and by 8am there was hardly anyone left in the store.
  8. Thanks. I ordered myself a pair, plus ordered a pair of the Eastbay Basic Slide II cause BF likes to wear these around the house. Total = $13.98 shipped. Woohoo!
  9. Hmm...You can't go wrong with Linksys, but I've used Netgear for years with no problems. I tried Belkin and didn't like it.
  10. Santa brought a DS for my DS9 last year (when she was 8). She LOVES it (and so do I). Like everyone says it's very durable. My daughter takes it with her almost everywhere. And it plays GBA games too, so you can find cheap games everywhere (although the graphics are better on the DS games). I find GBA and DS games on sale a lot. Plus they come out with new titles and drop the price on the old ones (I got last year's Hannah Montana DS game for $9.99 at TRU a couple weeks ago after they released the new one which is $29.99.) I also like to play her DS a lot because games like Brain Age and Uno and some other board games are fun to me. Even her grandma likes to play Brain Age on it, and my mother is NOT a gamer! My 15yo nephew has a PSP which he loves, but when we visited last summer he played with my DD's DS a lot. He said he didn't have a lot of software b/c PSP titles are expensive. But he also uses the PSP to listen to music and videos he downloads off the net. I can't account for it's durability b/c my nephew is 15. So I guess it all depends on what he's interested in. If he likes graphics and wants to be able to watch movies, go with the PSP. If he just wants to be able to play a lot of games (and you want to enjoy it too) go with the DS. I know this isn't much help, but it's all I've got. LOL
  11. Thanks! I just ordered on for my DD. This is the 2nd year she's asked for it. This is even cheaper than I've seen them selling v1.0.
  12. A friend of mine says he got a BF ad from MicroCenter by snail mail yesterday. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a scanner and doesn't live close to me. I checked their website, and it's not posted. I was just wondering if anyone has a scan of this ad before I make the trek across town to get it. Thanks!
