The employees were letting me know as soon as I walked in the door - they know what I am looking for, lol Didnt buy too much just some marshmallows 29cents a bag. A couple of stuffed animals and toys for the kids. Got 2 of the winter LPS sets for 1.79, one for her to open and play with another to save. I was told it basically goes by how much stock they have. If it's moving they keep it at 50, if not, they bump it up to 75. Also said some stores won't go up to 75 until THURSDAY. so I'll go back again tomorrow- there was still a bunch of wrapping paper, but most of the tableware was picked over. Which SG stores are you planning to hit? The 2 Pasadena stores have some stuff left, but not tons like I am hearing from others. Do they have a different mark-down schedule for different items? I know 2 stores in CT I went to over the weekends had 50% off Holiday and also had mark-downs in Toys department but I didn't bothet to figure out what the actual percentage was. Also 4 paks of coke in bottles for 75% came out to .84 . I picked up Ritz crackers for .74, dove chocolate .82, poppycock cashew lovers for 1.49 also the monopoly and scrabble to go for 2.49 each. But the best deal was probally the two pack of bounty paper towels for .74. They brought 5 cases out on a flatbed and started handing it out just like it was black friday. Also if you clipped the coupon for 1.00 russel stovers candy you can get a 10 oz box for 1.49-1.00 so it comes out to .49 cents for a nice box of candy.
