Adamtanderson
All of the talk about being in line all night in the cold has made me wonder how much people would pay for and warmers that someone was selling to people in line. The are normaly $2.00 in the stores. How much would you pay?
mccabefamily29
I have seen them for a dollar in the checkout area of walmart. But if I was cold I would pay 2 or 3 dollars. Alot of people are unprepared.

wnielsen1
I picked up a box of 40 at Costco for about $16 (roughly 40 cents each).
motoXmom
That's good to know.. thanks.. gonna check my walgreens in the morning. One Walgreens near us never got the ones for the hands in, they only got the ones for the feet and I think they are 2/1.29 or something like that. I did pick up a couple of those but for my main part of my body I use the Therma Care Heat wraps. Those work great!
starshine
I got them for .25 last year I always stock up for BF. THey are four to a package which is all I need per year. I wouldn't pay over 1.00 in a pinch 2.00 if I was freezing!!!

If you have enough from stocking up sell them in line for a buck or two! rofl I know if I was freezing I'd probably pay that for a little warmth! abentley
I just got the pack with 4 of the 5x7" size for $1.97... and a pack of 8 hand or sock size for the same price. If it was BF and I I was freezing... I would give up $10 easily!!! Hows that for a fundraising idea!!LOL!!

elena_398
They go on sale pretty regularly during this season. I've seen them recently for 2/.99. My dollar store has them in stock too for $1. So $1 is what I would pay.

musicboi10
What do you search for on any shopping website to find these??? Also, how long do they last???
decafmom
I tried using one of those wrap things only to find out I was allergic to the adhesive. I should have known - I can't even wear bandaids. That's a great idea to use it to keep warm though.

musicboi10
I have decided that I will NOT wait outside in line more than 30 minutes. I am going to find a less populated BF store like Staples or Toys R Us to shop in rather than getting all the "best deals." This way, I do not even need a hand warmer. I love the Therma Cares because you can take them off pretty easily when you get into the store. ** I got a free sample a while ago for the ones made for womans cramps so I'll use those. They're smaller but hey I'll put one on each "cheek" ROFL! They usually last about 8 hrs or more, that's what I've found anyways. If I layer too much I about pass out in the check out line from getting over heated.
Adamtanderson
What is the diffrence in the hand warmers and the toe warmers? Are the toe warmers just bigger?
mrn8
The toe warmers are curved to fit your shoe better than a square would.
josetann
I wouldn't pay anything, at least not on BF. Now, how much would you pay for getting to stay in a nice warm tent at the front of the line, where you can kick off your shoes and take off your coat? Hrm, perhaps I should setup a few tents and charge rent. $25 per person per night sound like a good deal? :)

H_Hancock
I've always wondered what people would do if you showed up with one of these? http://www.heatershop.com/big_buddy_from_mr_heater.html http://www.heatershop.com/mr_heater_portable_buddy.html (The larger one has a fan powered by either 4 D-cell batteries or a 6 volt A/C adapter.) These are a bit dicier as they are much more exposed, but cheaper. http://www.heatershop.com/tank_top_heaters.html Since we've got 3 20# propane tanks for our grills, doing this has always intrigued me.
