pmdemey Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 I still think they should have $1.00 egg McMuffins and free coffee from 3:00-4:00 am.
Aaron Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Sam's Club had FREE breakfast last year, I'm not talking just donuts - good breakfast (bacon egg and cheese, donuts, orange juice, milk, yogurt, muffins, etc.) :)
blakes_mommy Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 left over cold turkey while I am running to the car!
Marcster Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Sam's Club had FREE breakfast last year, I'm not talking just donuts - good breakfast (bacon egg and cheese, donuts, orange juice, milk, yogurt, muffins, etc.) :)Ours had bagels and cream cheese in place of the bacon egg and cheese. They had little pre-packaged danish, and fruit: apples, oranges, and bananas too as I recall. My wife and I had already had breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts though.
Aaron Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 We tried Dunkin' Donuts - but we ended up getting just coffee because they didn't have the paper yet.
stationchief Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 We'll probably have Dennys or something at 10pm the night before. After that, jelly beans are on the menu while waiting in line.

Marcster Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Dennys! - I don't think I've ever ate at Denny's When I was younger, it was THE place to go after a late night of clubbing. http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Music/club.gifSince I stopped going to clubs, I've also stopped going to Denny's.
alimfp Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Denny's was the hot spot after we went out dancing when I was a teenager, lol. :) Of course we all just sat around and ate toast and drank Pepsi. Anyway, not sure what we'll do. I would like to just pack a bag of snacks to take along. I am not much of a breakfast eater anyway.

I don't live the north part of town and Denny's is almost to Ft. Benning (way way on the other side of town).
ryejay98 Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Music/club.gif I think that's your best smiley yet!
Marcster Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 I think that's your best smiley yet! Thanks, it's one of my favorites too. You do know that I only collect these things, I don't make them, right? The only exceptions are ones I make through:http://www.frostjedi.com/terra/scripts/graemlin.phphttp://www.smilys.net/smiley.php?kategorie=smiley_generator&lan=en
stationchief Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Fortunately, we've got a Denny's right down the street from Wal-Mart here in Phoenix. Gotta love those grand slam breakfasts.
colelane2001 Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 We go to Cracker Barrell and we shop in the lobby while we're there.

Aaron Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 We go to Cracker Barrell and we shop in the lobby while we're there. What time does Cracker Barrell open?
gisellerol Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 When I am done shopping we go to baker square for a late breakfast
zoemariesmamma Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 I agree breakfast will only slow me down...I have a strict policy that if you MUST eat then you cannot shop with me! LOL.. Pretzels in the car in case of emergancy.
diecastbeatdown Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 coffee in a travel mug is a must. i always eat light the night before and pick something up between stores in the morning. either that or whatever is being cooked at the house i ask for someone to bring me some while i wait in line. fill the back-pack up with snacks like pretzels and junk is always a good idea.
bugsette Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 one year toys r us gave out oj and pop tarts
BFQueenofNY Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Shop first - eat later. I put the toaster out so that if anyone is hungry before we start - they can bring a toaster waffle in the car.
bayhaysay Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 I'll be with my sister so we'll HAVE to drive through McDonald's to get some hashbrowns.
mom395222 Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 McDonalds!!! Sausage McMuffin, hashbrown..and LARGE coffee!
tiff_noah Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Coffee in travel mug and toast as I am running out the door.
ms_mckenna Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 We usually stop by the 24 hour gas station on the way I get a cappuchino sp and DD gets hot cocoa and something from the deli (I know the ladies that work there so they warm her up something for breakfast). I am usually way to excited to eat until after all the rush ... and she is usually hungry again by then. Last year Sears had donuts they were handing out to people in line. It was really nice. :)
pamlet Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 We stop at Krispy Kreme... buy a couple dozen and munch between stores...
Guest mldepalma Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Breakfast?!?! Nope - just gonna make a nice cup of coffee in my new (free) Senseo (thanks to gottadeal) and run out the door! I'll think about eating later!
