Elmck Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 What store is a must on BF?? For me it's been Kohls 1
Bopeep Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Walmart is always a must. One or the other of us always has something on our list from Walmart. Then it's Target, Gordman's, Academy, and Atwoods (I think Atwoods is just a local store, but it's kind of like Tractor Supply). We might hit many other stores, depending on the ads, but those are our go to's every year.
tyreejames Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Target is my must stop store; last year I believe I only purchased a handful of items but they were my 2nd stop.
Kanyon71 Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Don't really have one anymore. It used to be Best Buy but to be honest a lot of the deals haven't been worth the hassle so now we just go later in the day and still get most of what we need. Last year I think stop #1 was Toys R Us and then on to Target, Walmart. Was online and bought stuff late at night when the sales started for the items we HAD to have.
riven3d Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Walmart and Target, with Game Stop on Friday morning after the crowd is gone.
Peppermint Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Do we only have to pick 1? I've got 4-5 must haves but if I have to choose. Kohl's.
bluebear Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Walgreens on Thanksgiving. I go to Kohls every year, but the last few years everything was bought online earlier in the week and I just tagged along with my mom and sister.Have to go to Petsmart though. Gotta get the year's supply.of cat litter and dog treats! I'm so fun.
dgiesb21 Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 I must say since I signed up here in 2005, I have only ever gone too Walmart and have always been first in my line. Lol. I loveeeee Black Friday!!!!!!!
msomnipotent Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Probably Farm and Fleet if they have bird seed on sale again. The birds and squirrels have been chewing through my supply like....wild animals! Other than that, I don't have any place in mind. It depends on what the kids want.
nhughes Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 I'm going with Best Buy and Office Max. The one year I got a real good deal on a computer and was first in line. 5 years later, it's still working
bribri25 Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Kohl's. I don't think I've ever gone a BF year without something at Kohl's. One year I almost didn't go in the store (giant online order.....I think it was plural...orders) but I was near the store, there were no lines and I had $10 off $10 purchase, with the already heavily discounted items, you can pretty much walk away with $30+ retail for free. Menards is a close second. How can you not love Menards. Their sales are never must-have, but it's juts fun to go buy stuff you never knew you needed until you saw it on the shelf with a SALE tag in front of it...
Spotted1 Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Walmart. Kmart for anything I can't price match at Walmart. And Gamestop.
ilikefree Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 My sister and I always make it a point to stop at Walmart, Meijer and Menards. Those are the stores where the majority of our shopping is done.
Jen08 Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 I can't believe that I am putting this but...Walmart!!! I use to NEVER go to walmart but started going about 4 years ago and now its taken over my "must shop at" store which use to be Target. I get so much more from Walmart and its not always just about Christmas gifts. I get stuff that I need for the house at such a good price so I look forward to going there.
mcwalker Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 I don't know that any store is absolute, but there is a very strong chance that I will visit Target, Best Buy, Kohls, and Walmart most every time.
mamapenguin Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Macy's! No doubt they will have those $39 cashmere sweaters. 1
