Geeez I'm 6'4" and also wear a 14-15 depending on brand and bigger than most of my peers, I think you have to be like a 7' tall basketball player for these sizes.

My son is only 11 and he's in a mens 11. Maybe I should think of those sizes now! LOL. He hasn't gone threw puberty as yet so I know he will be growing. Of course I know he will be tall as Im almost 6' and my husband is 6'4

Well, I wear 17s in Nikes they run small (insert comment about where they are made and lack of shoe testers). I found my favorite style on sale at eastbay about 5 years ago and bought 5 pair. Still have a box in the closet unopened. This is the kind of stuff you have to do when you have big feet.
