Frustrated as I am I ask a manager if they can have one brought in from another store that has them. She says yes but it might not be here in time for Christmas and I say fine. Then she goes to get paper to take down my info and says it would not be worth it for them to have one brought in.
So, the manager decided after all NOT to get one sent in? You should have told him/her...that you don't give a flying #$(% if it is worth it to them or not...it is worth it to you (the customer) & that should be all that matters!

You should have made them get it to their store and then tell them you didn't want it!
Yeah, I like that idea!!!

If it is, or similar, I would have it shipped for Christmas since your wife really wants it, and complain until corporate pays your shipping fees and maybe little somethin' somethin'!!! Even if it isn't, complain!!! That is certainly no excuse for the store not to order it for you. I hope you have her name and a description of her, plus the date and time you talked to her so they can nail her.

I in turn replied that they must not have read my email entirely because I did talk to a manager and she was no help. These people obviously do not care if a customer is happy
