  1. Since I did complain I now have to give kudos. I did not try the customer phone line nor the online chat because neither seem to make a difference. I sent an email and soon received an auto reply which had a list of faq's based on the subject of my email At the end of the email it says if you are still not satisified to simply reply to the email, which I did. I did not receive a reply however when I checked the status of the order this morning it was shipped and I just received the order about 36 hours after I placed it. No extra shipping charges. I am very much satisifed now :)
  2. Does anyone know how to get to speak with someone in the US at customer service at Dell? The agents I get are obviously not in the US and they seem to read from a script no matter what even if you just answered thir question we have to go through the script first. Very frustrating. Funny how sales seem to have american based support but everything else is outsourced. The desktop I purchased in May was breeze and I was very please. I tried to purchase some ds's with a turn around of 2 weeks. Tried to cancel and was assured twice it was. After 4 days of no update on my account I called back and they said the cancellation did not go through because I hung up?!?!? Now can't find a psp anywhere so making last ditch effort for dell. Originally said would be here on 27th when I needed it by, now saying 30th. Not good enough. Waiting for a response. I hate outsourced customer service. I am already frustrated by the sitatuation add in someone who barely speaks my language and it makes it that much worse. verizon DSL does that and that is why I know use Comcast.
  3. I was lucky my daughter wanted a pink. Only pink. My hubby walked into a small sears outlet type store and sked if they had any of any color guy says just a white HUbby says he will take it. The guy comes out and says I don't know why this wasn't on the floor but I have a pink one if you want it. Hubby bought both and I was so excited! For those that can not find a pink. EBgames have skins that you may want to consider. It was actually what I was going to do http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=802499
  4. So basically I was correct so it equals one dollar per print! And according to the reviews it won't accept large memory cards which most people have. Not too good for me. Better off sending them to my local drugstore :)
  5. Wonder how much ink is? Also why do they recommend you purchase this http://www.wolfcamera.com/product/121630560.htm if it is a digital printer? Is this the paper the pics are printed on? If so just an FYI that they say it may not be included in your package and if not you can not return it and they suggest you purchase the film which is $20 for 20 pics? Or am I wayyyyy off?
  6. This one got pretty good reviews. It is similar to my other one. However just an FYI the video has no sound which is a no-no for me but you may feel differently. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Kodak-EasyShare-C300-Digital-Camera/sem/rpsm/oid/119999/catOid/-13062/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Fujifilm-FinePix-A345-Digital-Camera/sem/rpsm/oid/118188/catOid/-13062/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do You can most likely get these cheaper if you search around but the reviews are from actual customers rather then experts who I don't put much faith in *LOL* Much rather take the opinion from everyday people like me :)
  7. I have Kodak and love them. Hubby just bought me a new one for Valentine's day only because I wanted a better optical zoom. My older one is the 4 megapixel and is in PERFECT condition. Listing that on craigslist and using some of it to buy a new camera dock :) Try looking at circuit city too not just for prices but for the customer reviews. I go there frequently for that. Oh I also defintely agree with Marcster. Optical zoom for me is a must have because with digital zoom the pictures tend to get pixelated and blurry. For regular picture taking 4x optical zoom should be fine but I am loving my 10x *LOL*
  8. Cool glad it worked :) I hate waiting for rebates. They always take so dang long LOL
  9. Try this number 1-800-741-1365 I found it with a best buy rebate for the same model but with december buy dates. Seems to be associated with different companies rebates so who knows it might work
  10. Besides staples does anyone know of any other store which has easy rebates? This is a big draw for me because I hate when they make you jump through hoops. Best buy rebates drive me insane!!!! But staples doesn't always have what I want or their prices are too high so I am looking to add to my eay rebate fav list :)
  11. OOS on their site although it says 290 but also says since it is OOS it can not show the price *LOL* Maybe take a looksie tomorrow....
  12. Thanks, Will check the links in that thread. I have a koda 4 megapixel but want to upgrade so once I purchase this one I will be seliing that plus the printer dock.
  13. Looking for a good deal on the camera itself or a coupon code for a specific store that would make it a sweet deal :) Sooooo need a camera with more then a 4x optical zoom and this one just looks great!! Thanks:bounce_fl
  14. The net 10 is pulling me because its 10 cents a minute no extra charges. Everyone else has all these extras like 1 dollar a day or 25 cents for the first few minutes etc. Driving me nuts. I think they purposefully try and drive you nuts *LOL* Tmobile is cool too but you get the 10 cents a minute only after you spend 100 dollars. Why is everything always so dang complicated grrrr
