tyler99199
Need to vent a little to see if this has happened to anyone else. I have been trying to get my wife a diamond heart bracelet they keep advertising in there ads. Been trying since BF. Every week I see it advertised and every week I go in to get it...... nothing sold out. They have not been able to get them . Frustrated as I am I ask a manager if they can have one brought in from another store that has them. She says yes but it might not be here in time for Christmas and I say fine. Then she goes to get paper to take down my info and says it would not be worth it for them to have one brought in. I am so furious by this point I take my son by the hand walk out. I then explain to my wife in which she becomes angry and we agree never again will we shop at that Kohls. Thanx for listening
misshayley
Wow, could you call Corporate or something and complain? Sounds like they shouldn't have been advertising them if they didn't have them.

You should have told him/her...that you don't give a flying #$(% if it is worth it to them or not...it is worth it to you (the customer) & that should be all that matters! hpowers
You should have made them get it to their store and then tell them you didn't want it!
adewrell
You should have made them get it to their store and then tell them you didn't want it! Yeah, I like that idea!!!
bodeca29
I would highly recommend speaking to a higher up. It is amazing how much difference it makes in issues like this. I had a similar incident happen last year and they ended up giving me a great deal.
shopping mom
I have always had great experiences with Kohl's I think you got a person lacking in customer service. I would go over their heads until you got good results.
msomnipotent
Could it be this bracelet? http://www.kohls.com/products/product_page_vanilla0.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=141652431&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=289895039&bmUID=1135147165880 If it is, or similar, I would have it shipped for Christmas since your wife really wants it, and complain until corporate pays your shipping fees and maybe little somethin' somethin'!!! Even if it isn't, complain!!! That is certainly no excuse for the store not to order it for you. I hope you have her name and a description of her, plus the date and time you talked to her so they can nail her.
ebony0421
Oh boy all this for a bracelet. When will they ever learn that the customer is spending the money so they should do everything they possibly can to be of assistance. I say complain and complain again. tyler99199
thank you everyone for your response. the link has an error so not sure if that is it but... i have already explained to my wife what happen so the element of surprise is gone. we have agreed we believe it will be a waste of time and probably just get more frustrating again with little or no results. it is unfortunate they treated a customer the way they did. so move on i shall but as i said never at kohls again. txguy
I would recommend to definitely e-mail corporate and the district manager if you can find out their information. Explain to them your frustration and how it ruined your plans for Christmas and why you and your wife are very upset, angry, disappointed to the point you will not shop at Kohl's again. The ball's then in their court to make it up to you, if they make it up to you then you're ahead of the game. If they choose to think you're like most American consumers and will come back, then do like I do and never shop there again. I do the same thing and believe me, explaining your side of the story and your frustration will 9 times out of 10 get you satisfaction.
