yellowlilax
They are having a 50% off sale today and yesterday. Do you think the sale Thursday thru Saturday will be better? I have a 15% off coupon to use and my $40 in bonus bucks I got on Black Friday.
babycleat
I think that Kohl's has sales all the time. I'm waiting to use my 15% off coupon as well as my Kohl's bucks as well, but I'm rolling the dice and waiting until a little closer to Christmas to see how the sales come. If I remember correctly, last year they had some sweaters at 60% off just prior to Christmas, as well as some other Christmas items, decorations, etc... But, it's always a roll of the dice! :bunny:
jessicaw
I worked at Kohl's last xmas season, and alls i can say is make sure and watch the expiration dates on the gift cards (10 dollar ones received on black friday) as well as the 15% off coupons. Usually they only run for a week or two.

There are a few things in store that are over 50% off and they have pretty good selection of 80% off clearance items. I went last night with my wife and we used our 10$ cards and 15% off coupon and paid $55 for about $350 worth of stuff. I got a pair of $70 shoes for $12 before the 15% off! We got some great x-mas presents for each other for some really great prices.
KimBauer
I would go to the store and use my coupon if it's 50% off. Rarely do you get 60% and I wouldn't be willing to gamble when you already have 50%. (and I'm frugal). Kohl's is awesome with their $10 coupons and their extra 15% coupons. You could also consider using your 15% coupon online one day and again in the store another day. Those coupons are good 1 day for each (instore and online). nat1jen
Just be careful with some of Kohl's pricing. Their original prices are so high that even at 50% off the price may be higher than Target. For instance, my girls saw the 20 Questions hand held game at 50% off for 9.99 at Kohl's. They REALLY wanted those games. We went to Target and Target's original price is $9.99, and then they went on sale at Target for $6.99. Kohl's sometimes makes you THINK that you are getting a great deal when in fact you aren't. I found the same thing true with their dvd's that were on sale. I do think some of their items are a good deal, but just watch the original pricing! msomnipotent
Does anyone know if I can use the 15% off coupon again if they don't sign and date it? I don't want to be a piggy, but the big items I bought when I used the coupon need to be returned. I want a do-over!
happyrat
What you should do if you can is wait until Kohls has another $10 coupon sale, and then use your coupons. Then you get more coupons to use.
meo
So true! Their "original" prices are inflated to begin with! Ditto -- and I hate how their ads say ONLY the percentage off, not the price you take the percentage off of, kwim? 50% off 14.99 for a pair of jeans is great, but if it's 50% off a pair of $55 jeans, well, I can find better at any number of stores...don't just tell me 50% off, tell me what it's off of!!! decafmom
I used my $80 in Kohls cash today. It was great! I know their prices are somewhat inflated, but really, the "sale" prices are good prices for some of the items. I buy most of my clothes there. It definitely costs a lot less than shopping at the mall.
