Jasonlh1 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Now that almost all the major ads have come out, have you altered your BF plans in any way? Going super early? A different store or location? Skipping a store? Make sure that sometime on Thanksgiving, you go over your ads with a fine tooth comb.
joann Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I've revised my list and encouraged a buddy to help. All the confusion about Walmart has me edgy, so I'll probably get there at 2:30 instead of 3:30 and I'm not even getting the laptop!
Guest general41391 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I planned 3:30 am, then 1:00 am, and now 11:45 p.m. So, in other words, yes
Bestbuy7 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I first planned on going at 5am ... But now I will be leaving at 7:45pm, right after eating
Jasonlh1 Posted November 22, 2005 Author Posted November 22, 2005 I was going at midnight to best buy. But I think I may have to go around 10PM. Is 10:00PM early enough? My BB is very organized with tickets. I don't think I will have too much trouble.
phatferd Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 People are over-exagerating. I agree with getting there early to get your stuff, however, from everyone I know who has ever gone BF shopping says if you get there at 1am you will most likely be the first in line and if you aren't you'll be one of the first 10. The masses come around 3-4am. Just what people told me.

Floppy Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 At first I was planning on about 2am, now I plan on going around midnight-ish to see if there are any people around, and just sticking around the area till a couple people show up.
teresa92 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I was planning on getting to Best Buy at 1am, but now I'm thinking 11 or midnight.

ebony0421 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I will be at BB a little earlier because there is alot of buzz about the laptop and the emachine. I say better safe than sorry.
albrandwood Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I started at 1am, then moved it to 11pm, then decided that NOTHING was going to get me to stand outside BB for 6 hours in 23F and snow .... @
