  1. Personally, I prefer the one from Ritz ... Yes, the one at Radioshack is 11.3" rather than 10.4" ... but it's widescreen ... which I don't think is that useful a format for photographs... (If it wasn't the obviouscost savings of using portable DVD player screens / in car entertainment screens, I'd wonder why they are doing so many widescreen photo frames.) (Plus RitzCamera is free shipping and no tax for me) @
  2. Some of these are available now! (why wait till Friday ...) Vivitar camera: $64.99 Rice Cooker: $49.99-$35 MIR = $14.99 Photoframe: $69.99-$30 MIR = $39.99 @
  3. All the digital picture frames use DC ... it is unlikely that they will use batteries since the LCD screen takes a lot of power. To use a US unit in UK, you have two options (a) if the AC adapter mentions 220 (eg: 110~220VAC), then you just need an outlet adapter (that will allow the Adapter to plug into the wall) (couple of bucks at RadioShack) click here. ( if not, then you have two other options ... (i) buy a step-down transformer (220V->110V) Example (ii) buy a transformer in the UK from Maplins/T2/Currys/Dixons/Comet/etc. there. On the adapter itself, it will also state the output voltage (eg: 12VDC) and the Amperage (eg 1000mA) ... as long as the replacement adapter will provide the voltage and amperage required, and has a matching barrel (the plug that goes into the frame) it will work. Hope this is of help... @
  4. My local does ... however, they process the check electronically (to ensure that there is a 99% chance it will clear) ... and will require ID etc before they will accept it @
  5. Walmart.com has the Garmin i2 for $198.88 ... same as the above, but greyscale (not color) ..
  6. yes ... there are seperate tickets for each of the premium items ... (not sure what WOW is, so I don't know if it will have tickets)

  8. No the recievers, accessories etc are proprietary ... If you want sirius subscription, then you'll need sirius hardware. @
  9. Yes, the discount codes are XM specific ... the website in question is branded by XM, and handled by their fulfilment company. @shley
  10. a) phone BB and tell them to remove the debt cancellation plan if you don't want it. the difference between "no interest" and "same as cash" ... To be honest, I'd recommend that you stop by CC and get them to confirm ... c) I'd recommend against getting credit for the sake of credit. @
  11. Last year, the main three were BB, Target and Kohls ... @
  12. I've done it ... in fact, I do it every time I go shopping with wifey ... if I didnt take the stuff out of her hands, it would cost me significantly more $$$ ... ;D @shley
  13. Ok, As a followup, according to other forums, Opie and Anthony are telling listeners to use the code : OPIANTXM6 ... Since they are broadcasting this on XM, one would assume that this is open to anyone. @
  14. Depends ... how bad is CC around you normally? if you _really_ want it, think early ... very early ... (of course, weather may make a difference as well)
  15. "Governor" was a typo.As for getting executive branch getting involved in private civil disputes ... the name "Terri Schiavo" springs to mind...
