TBA Posted November 3, 2005 Author Posted November 3, 2005 oh wow a table top one would be perfect, at least it could be inside no worries about someone messing with it then! to bad they are out
Tracy72 Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 I seen the little table top snowglobs at the drug store the other day...cute little things...lol
elena_398 Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 Big Lots has the Toy Soldier Inflatables for only $20 right now.
Candy Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 We have 4...and 3 came from my mother who decided she was never decorating again last year..lol....so in one year our yard grew decoration wise by 300%...lol. We DO deflate ours during the day because my dh is afraid the motor will burn out to quickly..which makes sense...considering you pay $50 for those buggers..lol....may as well make them hold out as long as possible. I had a bat this year for halloween too that I got last year after halloween and I LOVED him..he was only about....6.5 or 7 feet tall..which is a much, much better height then all my Christmas ones which are much taller.
shanni Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 I bought 2 of them this year after Xmas, can't wait to get them up!
dorkydiva Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 I saw the snowglobe at WM today. So cute!!!
elena_398 Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 I am going to buy one this weekend. I can't decide which one though. they are all so cute
Gporter34 Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 The snowglobe is cute, and high, but our WM sells out of them as soon as they get them in.
Gporter34 Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 Our WM does have one with Pooh, Tigger, and Eyore on it. Maybe I should get that one because the ones I have match it.
shar6576 Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 you can buy 8 foot snow globe at home depot .com,now for 99.00,plus its free shipping.they look really nice, but i am afraid some one will steal mine too.
Momto32003 Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 I did go out and buy mine this weekend. I got a 6' Santa and Snowman for $15 a piece. Can't wait to put them up.
juliegirl Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 We got a Santa last year. He got a hole in him (I think some brats across the street messed with him when I wasn't home!). I stitched it up, and it worked fine. Hope he still works this year because a new one is not in my budget!
Guest all2tired Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Don't have any but know ppl that do. If you have the room for them they look nice but if you have a small area, the huge things just make the front of the house look cluttered
motoXmom Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Last year with a heavy snow our Santa got bent over and only his butt was sticking up in the air! I looked pretty funny and I wanted to leave him like that but DH just had to fix it. He looked like he was getting ready to moon someone!
Jenniferharrison82 Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 I don't have any but my husband wants the snow globe, and my son wants the one with santa coming in and out of the chimney.
javagirl413 Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 I bought the snowmen snowglobe at Wal-mart in October. Hard to find them now around here.
Firemansgal311 Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 Not sure. Big Lots has a tree, santa, and reindeer all in one for $39.99. I have to buy all new lights for the house and shrubs as we lost them in the move so I am trying to get away cheap this year. LOL I already have 2 white reindeer. I am also planning on getting a sleigh from Farm and Fleet for them to pull and also some light up presents ($12.99 from Big Lots) to put in the sleigh. Really wish I could get a Disney one as our tree is Disney but just can't afford it.We just moved to Texas and hubby told me that a friend said that three moves is equal to one complete housefire as far as the damage and what gets left behind. I completely believe them. Hubby and his brother moved all of our things from Tennessee to Texas and left an unimaginable amount because he "thought we didn't have that much stuff" one thing that was a casualty was our christmas tree which we just got last year so I may go to dh's dads ranch and chop a real one down myself though. Our treeis all disney too we even have the mickey tree topper that waves the lantern. the kids love it MandyTX
MissC63 Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 My 3 yr old has fallen in love with the Snowglobes and so have I! Lowes has one on sale for $99. I'm gonna see what my hubby says and when he says no, Ill go and get it anyway! lol
willandmel Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 i like the inflatables but i think it gets to be too much when your yard is covered a few is ok but one of my neighbors has 17 in his front and back yard
