Tessangel
I may buy a few things here and there if I see them on sale or Clearence but mostly I start on BF!
AuntJamelle
I start seriously shopping/thinking about Christmas in June or early July. I like to spread the spending out over a greater time period - plus if I decide to make any gifts that gives me plenty of time to pick up supplies and create! I rarely buy gifts at after Christmas sales - just wrapping paper or maybe a new decorative item.
SuperMommy
Same here. I mostly wait for BF. But if I happen to see something during the year that I just can't pass up for someone I go ahead and get it. My earliest this year was a pearl necklace, braclet, and earring set I picked up for my mom back in June.
MarkRaby
Last year, I bought a DVD box set in mid-October for my sister. That's the earliest time I've ever bought a Christmas present. But I go crazy between Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas. -Mark-
ChristmasShopping
I picked up some christmas CD's to give as gifts last year in January. But normally start shopping this time of year!
Jenniferharrison82
I start thinking about christmas items in july/august. Then I try to have 90% bought by thanksgiving, so all my BF goodies are nice bonuses.

geomacey
December 25. I'll get online and check out any deals/discounts/etc. Last year I went to Kauffman's on December 26 with their $10 off $10 coupons and had 4 gifts done by 9:30am. I buy all year long.... makes it more interesting.

elena_398
Some of the items that I have wrapped already for my daughter were purchases I made the day after christmas from Walmart. Big clearance items that I wanted to get her but didn't want to pay full price. So I've had items stashed since then!
darkkan
I usually start when the ABC Distributing Fall catalog comes out, which is in early July here. It usually has Christmas items in it, so it gets me in the mood to start shopping. I get serious about it in later Sept/early Oct., and only have a few things left to buy by BF. That way, I can treat myself a little bit on this day!
pumpkin255violet
BF every year. I do it all in one day and get it over with. That's the only time I have to think about it. Gporter34
I am a sucker when it comes to my kids, so, if I bought anything before BF I would cave in and give it to them. They know ahead of time that anything bought on BF is for Christmas only so they don't bother begging for it.
