mrsbmb
What comforts do you bring with you to stand inline at the sales? I learned to bring gloves and a winter coat the hard way freezing the first yr. I think i will bring a pocket flashlight this yr. it wasnt easy seeing the store map in the dark. Oh and coffee is a must. but not too much so you dont have to "Go"... so what do you bring? kathy
starshine
My body and my ads! That is all I need. Of course I wear the winter gear because it's usually freezing.
alimfp
I just wear warm clothes, never a jacket or anything as it gets in the way. So if needed, a shirt and then a sweatshirt over it. I pull my hands into the sleeves if need be. My ads and my list (try to keep lists on one sheet of paper). I usually have a juice drink in my vehicle to drink between stores and then I treat myself to a McD's breakfast (my idea of a treat anyway, lol) later that morning. Marcster
Alimpf -- we do McD's for breakfast on BF too. I have warm clothes, comfortable shoes, breath mints or candy, and tissues (I'll share the tissues with the "snifflers" who may be nearby too). elena_398
Want to keep my hands free so nothing really. Wear winter clothes but no drinks etc. (only when 5 yrs ago I was out while pregnant. Then needed to bring crackers!). If I brought coffee like I would like, I'd be running to the bathroom in the stores instead of getting the deals! Gporter34
Depends on the weather. If it rains, mom and I only bring one umbrella so that we don't have so much to carry. I put cell phone, money, lists, and keys in fanny pack, walkie talkie on waist, and wear a light weight jacket, sweats, this year my Gottadeal shirt, and very comfortable shoes. gijimenez
I bring my walking shoes and sweats no time to get all dolled up.

erh12275
Well my ads no matter what. When I lived in IL I always had all my winter stuff...and sometimes hot chocolate. This year it will just be me and my ads!
floridasun5
I always have to have coffee to keep me awake. Luckily last year, after much begging though LOL, Best Buy agreed to open up their restrooms in the service area where new stereos and stuff are installed. Other than that, I brought my ads and a blanket to sit on or cover up with, but I stuff the blanket back in the car right before the store opens. JazzMama
I usually layer my clothes (i.e. short-sleeve tee, fleece pullover, coat) so I can shed them in my car if need be; comfort mocs from LL Bean (the most comfortable shopping shoes ever); my gloves; shopping list, but other than that nothing else. DaleRider
We are very early birds typically. Usually camp out the BB....like last year for their LCD TV and laptop. Thermos of coffee for me, thermos of hot tea for the wife, chairs, portable batt-op'd TV, book, layered clothing, etc. The "junk" gets packed back in the vehicle in the last hour.......by then, everyone in line's formed some sort of "relationship", esp. the front of the line, and all are gracious enough to hold places for everyone else if one has to go to the car, make a bathroom run, whatever. Of course, we couldn't top the family that was camped out in BB's parking lot with their RV.......now that's one way to camp outside the store in comfort. They'd rotate one or two to the line (they'd been in the parking lot since 11PM Thanksgiving night, so were obviously first in line) to "keep" their places. The rest would stay nice and warm in the RV....catch some sleep, whatever.

charvaise
i normally wear warm but loose fitting clothing, being that it gets hot standing in line to purchase your items and from running around the store. other than that just my sales ads and list. elena_398
Comfy clothes, winter jacket, (sometimes hat depending on wind chill), and sale ads tucked in my pockets. I don't dare bring coffe as i would like. It has the tendacy to run right through me. I would hate to run to the bathroom first instead of the deals! marimacc
Just wanted to say I agree with alimfp; having a bulky winter coast just gets in the way,and I get too hot too quickly once I get in the store; I wear a sweatshirt with another shirt if necessary, and pants with a lot of large pockets so I don't even have to bring a purse. The less things I have to keep track of, the better.
timbermommy
last year on BF it was almost 70 at 4 45 in the am. so i bring a sweatshirt just in case.. hands empty.. credit/debit card in my pocket in the event that i cannot get a card.. hands MUST be free!! lol:D
