chefpatty Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Nothing fancy....just looking for a basic one.
dad2trips Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Nothing fancy....just looking for a basic one.Best Buy has the 4gb SanDisk Fuse for $44.99 (Save $35). There will be plenty of these like they had last year. You could walk in 9 AM and pick up one easily.
fluffkin79 Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I have my eyes set on the $29 Phillips 4GB at Walmart. Kmart has a 2GB stick for $10. I got the 2GB from Kmart last year and it works fine for me. DH wants something with a few more features, so I'd like to get him the Philips.
wx4svr Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 There's something else out there besides iPod!?
Ripn Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I vote for the 8GB Sansa Fuze @ TRU for $49.99 then look for an 8 or 16 GB SDHC card and have urself a poorman's ipod on the cheap :)
hwolf6330 Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 I just bought the Apple 2GB 3rd Generation Black iPod Shuffle (Refurbished) on Overstock.com for 45.99 with free shipping

honey147 Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 whatever MP3 player you get my advice is to make sure you can charge it by plugging it into the computer USB port. Saves a lot on buying batteries all the time.
chefpatty Posted November 27, 2009 Author Posted November 27, 2009 I was going to get the one at Walmart but I didn't get there until 8am and they were sold out. The SA looked at me like I was nuts....she said, "We sold out of them this morning!!" I wanted to say, "it's 8am..it's still morning."

I lost a lot of sleep to order this online in the wee hours of the morning. Then when I was at my Wal-mart at 9:00 I walked past a display full of them, all colors! And I could have slept!
afancyfeline4u Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 Our wal-mart had nearly a whole display left of them too...I was shocked..

Sansa rules.
BLKFRI Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 Fry's Electronics has a 2GB MP3 player Saturday FREE after MIR.
