I agree, I still get something for the "kids" (all in their late 20's to 40's). I feel a qift card is so impersonnal by itself. This year for the girls I already picked up Lock & Locks for the older ones from QVC and for the younger ones I found Vera Bradley Weekender bags super cheap. Haven't found/seen anything for the guys yet. They still get gift cards, but they have always loved the little extra gift I have found.

I do most of my shopping online now and just go to a few stores on Friday. One thing I will really miss is going to Toys R Us and having grandkids actually see and pick out toys they wanted as they had more toys than all the other stores.

Their online store has closed. You can only get merchandise at their actual stores. All sales are final and no price adjustments.

Done and shared on my facebook resale pages to get the word out.

Finally. Always buy my son some new work pants from them. Smiths are the best.

Did the same thing yesterday. I did just read where Target is going to be 15% off sitewide for Cyber Monday. I may be seeing if they will adjust price or I will just buy another one and return the higher priced one.

Neither his mom or I can think of anything else to get him. I already got him a drone, but that is it. She got him a Hatchimal and the NES Classic Edition system, but doesn't even know if he really wants those. He's getting a new bike for his birthday (which is 12/30). Doesn't play with Legos anymore, in fact he still has 2 sets from last year he hasn't opened yet. Has a tablet aleady Has Xbox, but doesn't need any games We are at a total loss. Please help!

I agree with everyone else on Kohls. I do it all online on Thursday so I don't have to go in the store. I love their towels and get new ones every year.

I could send it to my daughter, but I need to send in a receipt and it says 1 rebate per receipt. I may have to go to the store and buy it just to get another receipt. They could have mentioned that in the ad, I would have made 2 orders.

One store down. My son and his girlfriend are moving into their first apartment together and almost everything I bought was for them, plus I get $75.00 in Kohls cash for myself. On the bad side, just checked the rebate info for the Corelle dinnerware and it says only 1 per household and I ordered 2.

Didn't need much, just picked up some movies, but saved me from buying in store or dealing with everyone else trying to buy online.

If you live in an area that has a ShopRite (grocery store) they had them for $99.00. I've found a lot of great toys there much cheaper than anywhere else. Don't have a ShopRite, check your local grocery stores, they might carry it also.

Not thrilled with Modells this year. I always stopped in there to pick up something for my boys. Not this year. Don't like how they went with the Thursday opening either.

They most likely still will. I used to work at TRU and they honored it. How do they know you didn't get there at 8:30 and were in the store shopping and just getting around to checking out later. Do you really think at 11pm they are going to change the prices in the computer and everyone in line will now have to pay the higher price?

Everything I saw for my grandson was cheaper at WM and Amazon. He's into legos and the Coast Guard Patrol Boat is cheaper now, than 'on sale' in the book. I'm sure Amazon & Walmrt will adjust their prices to beat TRU.

Good to know. I know last week they had the 10.00 off $25.00 purchase, but couldn't make it over there. Maybe they learned their lesson are are going to offer more coupons.
