  1. rtings.com is truly your friend for this kind of thing. They give detailed reviews but also rate TVs on a 1-10 scale in various categories. Gaming is one of those categories.
  2. A new bike. I don't ask mainly because I don't have much space to store it (apartment dweller) but also because the bikes I'm looking at are not cheap.
  3. Haven't seen anything in my email yet. I'm curious, too.
  4. Access to full Google Play store (I am not comfortable jailbreaking devices). And some apps I use are Google Play/iOS App store exclusive.
  5. I'm potentially interested in a mini, but am considering grabbing one model or another this year, as the Kindle Fire I bought last year is nice, but doesn't have access to some of the apps and things I was hoping to use it for. (My fault - should have done more research!)
  6. The two MI stores don't surprise me. I know that area.
  7. Oh... Also, people with cats and who drive pick up trucks (or other rear-wheel drive vehicles) will buy litter instead of salt to weigh down the read end of the vehicle during the winter and then just use the litter for its intended purpose come spring/summer time.
  8. Ha. Yeah I'm not in that predicament. Not a gamer, so very little plugged in on the back of the receiver. Pretty much just my cable box, Blu-ray and TV connections being used. Works great for me.
  9. Might have been. It was the one BB sold for $249.99 last BF. (I'm at work, so I can't verify model number at the moment.)
  10. Not bad. I just upgraded my Onkyo receiver last year, so I'm not currently in the market but I definitely haven't been disappointed in the quality I've gotten out of them. (Sold my old one, still in perfect working order but without 4K support, to a coworker of mine who was looking for one and didn't care about 4K stuff. Worked out well for both of us!)
  11. Ha! Welcome to the "KTAA" (Kohl's Throw Addicts Anonymous) club!
  12. Yes! This! Let's start the fun early!
  13. Actually, a lot of local rescues and shelters use the sale to stock up for the year around me. Smart use of their money when they're run on donations.
  14. That's definitely a bonus. Wish I could do that at mine! And I just noticed that (unless I'm overlooking them) the Food Network stackable cooling racks aren't in the ad this year! Darn! I need more!!! lol
  15. Yeah. Likewise. Since I'm actively shrinking (by choice!), hard to know what size I am in anything right now unless I try it on first.
  16. Woohoo! I woke up to both Kohl's (which I knew was coming) AND Target ads up for perusing! Christmas in November! While I missed posting one month and officially got booted from the club, I kept coming back every month anyway. It definitely kept me more engaged with the site overall. Thanks for the great idea, Brad! Way to keep us coming back into the forums regularly all year long!!
  17. Time to make the list! Between Kohl's and Target ads both dropping overnight, it feels like Christmas in November! LOL
  18. Agreed. I will say I have a pretty powerful hand mixer I picked up off an Amazon lightning deal a couple years back and it makes quick work of fluffing cream cheese. Love it.
  19. Good point, Tara. If they're smart, they'll do some sort of "soft opening" ahead of BF to help work those kinks out.
  20. Egg whites, sure. Cream cheese might be a little thick, depending on the power of the motor inside it (and the strength of the whisk).
  21. We're all "bad influences"! YES!!!
  22. That's an interesting one for sure, Len.
  23. I wish that HP Pavilion laptop on pg 5 had more than 8 GB of RAM in it. I'm not one to mess with RAM expansion myself or I'd seriously consider it. That's a pretty solid deal, I think.
  24. Depends on what you're planning on mixing with it. Some things, yes, other things (like probably most things thicker than basic cake mixes/smoothies) maybe not so much.
