  1. It sounds to me like you are trying to cheat the system and return an item that you did not buy at a particular store. No good will come to you!!!!!!
  2. I went to my Staples and had no problems with the coupon and the asst mgr rung me up. It would not scan, but she input it manually. I've seen on other sites that it depends on the Staples...some accept them with no problems and some will not.
  3. I've got one with a different code that I found online, so that may be the case. I am going to try it and see what happens.
  4. This deal just got sweeter..... Reg. Price: $299.99 Discount: $180.00 Sale Price: $119.99 Coupon: $25 Final Price: $94.99 http://e.staples-deals.com/staplespages/coupon3/default.asp?c=8097096486034148&ch=f2d662ee7459af09b78193e2e233e993333fa1b7&d=x%7Drh%7F%80lrxyruh%7E%80j%7Esrrgz%84%8497695469%7D%7Cgztrxhw3%82%80%7D%84rfjfw%83%87%2928%23RII%7F%7Fsjomv%7Cuc%85%86ao%7B%21qzrinh%7Cl+vj%24%28%3E2+o%7B+qszg0%7F%83jrti%87%87%84%81doyeeprr%85%8590%83%7Dgmvhfhr%7D%82%85%81%83%7Cepvjhtpz%81%7E%7E%81joskbklywuxd%84%7E%23
  5. 12/15 and 12/16 In Store Only...the signature collection will be 5/$25
  6. Omnitech portable GPS Save $180 $119.99 Reg. $299.99 Valid Dec 16 - 22 • Wide-screen GPS with text-to-speech functionality • 4.3" color touch screen • Text-to-speech functionality speaks street names aloud in directions • Includes wall charger and case I think this is a pretty good deal for a portable GPS. I am not a GPS expert, but all the reviews I have read on this were favorable. This is Staples house brand. Below is the link. http://staples.shoplocal.com/staplessneakpeek/default.aspx?action=detail&flashbrowse=y&storeid=2278386&rapid=492015&pagenumber=16&listingid=-2092259443&ref=%2fstaples%2fdefault.aspx%3faction%3dbrowsepageflash%26storeid%3d2278386%26pagenumber%3d16%26rapid%3d492015%26prvid%3dStaples-071216
  7. I would definately contact corporate and would have filed a police report.
  8. If you paid by Credit card, I would dispute the charges until this is settled.
  9. CC has always had horrible customer service. They outsource the phones to India and besides all the broken English, if your questions is outside the "script" you are in big trouble...you will get no answers. Then you have to remember this is the same company who fired their workers only to hire them back at a lower wage.
  10. Interesting article about a class action suit against the fanclub. http://www.ticketnews.com/Lawyer-Finds-Hannah-Tickets-Curious011073099
  11. I'll put it like this. BB does not put the money into customer service and does not attract the cream of the crop ees with low wages.
  12. Was at my TRU and the sales rep recommended getting in line at 4AM to make sure you would get one.
  13. Also, most entry level drums sets are actually pretty decent.
  14. I have a refurbished Ipod and have had no problems. I look at like this...the kinks are already worked out.
  15. Clubhouse Game is an excellent buy. It has everything from checkers to poker to darts. It really depends on the type of games you like. Here are some of the ones I enjoyed: Super Collapse 3 - I loved the computer game, so a perfect fit for me Tetris DS Hotel Dusk Room 215 Phoenix Wright games Trace Memory Brain Age Elite Beats Super Monkey Ball Mario Hoops You can also check out gamespot.com - they rate games and give you an idea of which ones are good.
  16. Got the $299 all leather massage recliner at JCPenney. Before I saw this door buster, was only expecting to spend $30 this BF on stuff, but we were looking for a leather recliner for a while and this was a great price. Had to jump on it. Other than that, 1 DS game at GameStop and DVDs at BB/CC/Target. Got everything I wanted without any problems. A pretty good BF.
  17. Comp USA is having one Thanksgiving night if there is one near you. Walgreens is usually open, but I don't know if there are any specials.
  18. Question... Amazon.com has the Kitchenaid Artisan on special for $199 - how do I know if this is a new or reconditioned unit? Also, I understand lower overhead given they are an online site, but how can they sell this so cheap if it is a new unit? here is the link http://www.amazon.com/KitchenAid-KSM150PSWH-Artisan-5-Quart-Mixer/dp/B00005UP2K/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1195652496&sr=8-1 Thanks
  19. I agree that the deals are not as great this year, but that is to be expected given the economy right now. Retailers are experiencing lower sales than expected and they can't really afford the door busters that we have seen in past years. There are thousands of people who are in financial distress, whether they are struggling to pay a mortgage or have been recently laid off. I don't expect spending to be what it was in previous years either. Its tough out there
  20. I am pretty sure it is in store only. If someone knows of this deal online, please jump in.
  21. I checked and did not see this one posted. For those who have a Microcenter in your area, this is a pretty decent deal. You buy the DS and you will receive two coupons to purchase any DS game up to $29.99. If the game you want costs more than $29.99, then you will have to pay the difference. The only catch is that you can only use the coupons from 12/1 to 12/31 and 1/1 to 1/31.
  22. You have to arrive at the store by a certain time to get the item at the price advertised. They usually end before Noon, but there are cases when they end before that. These specials have been termed early bird.
  23. Not sure, but given the price range I would guess it is the classic model
  24. I only think certain PS2 games may play on the PS3, not the entire library.
