It’s one of those odd years. I don’t really want anything. My wife keeps asking me for ideas and I tell her the same thing. There is nothing I really want. I would rather the money be spent on her and my daughter.

SiriusXM should be starting theirs soon.

We were out trying to find some stuff for Christmas decorating which is coming soon. Everyone is low of stuff, my wife was talking to one of the Menards workers who told her if you see something you like get it now. She said they had been told that what they have is all they are going to get for this year. She said a lot of people are going to be disappointed when they go to get a tree after thanksgiving and no one has anything. We noticed even Walmart is really low on a lot of things.

They are grabbing my 75” TV now and it’s not going to fit in the trunk of my car. Photo 3: Ya we heard they are going to have some PS5’s and some Xbox Series X’s. That’s why we’ve been sleeping here for a week.

Was just wondering what some of your favorite stores that have closed that you shopped on Black Friday are and some of your memories from them. We really miss TRU, they always had some great deals and we would pick up things for our daughter nieces and nephews. It was always super busy but unlike some other really busy stores it wasn’t a bad experience, people were nice and the workers always helped. I also miss Kmart, not so much for the deals but because I used to go shopping there for Black Friday with my grand mother once I was old enough.

Movies. We always end up picking up some of those.

Ya it’s the downside of do everything products. They have to get the power to run all those processors and it ends up eating batteries.

Twisted peppermint is one of my favorite soaps from them. We load up on those every year.

Santa puts candy, some small toys, makeup and things like that in our daughters stocking.

Hows the battery on the 6? If I find a deal on it that’s what I’m getting for my wife to replace her 2. I’ve got a 3.

Meijer is always hit or miss for us. I am waiting to see what Menards has though.

Oh we know that’s the end of it. Just one part of it. Still all have to be brought online and then shut down.

What holiday scents do you all like? My wife is into Scentsy and she got a Fir scented one that I’m waiting to try out. We started using the Christmas cookie one the other day. Smells really good.

What ads are you all really looking forward to this year? We are looking forward to Kohls (we buy a lot of comforters and sheets as presents for various family members. I’m also waiting to see what BJ’s Warehouse has to offer (we just got a membership there as it’s pretty close to our new house - way closer than Costco or Sam’s) I’m kinda of interested to see what Game Stop has. Our daughter gets more into games every year so we end up picking up things for her there.

Couple of things in there I might go for. Actually I may pick up a couple of the pork loin packs. [emoji23]
