Was anyone able to buy the iTunes cards? I was at my local store and they claimed they were having company-wide issues & wouldn't sell them to me.

The Coupon books are available in the toy dept. I got the Nerf gun for $39. They were still PMd to Walmart Yay!!

Looks like they've raised the price of the Nerf Stampede gun $5. It was $44 the other day when I looked at it in the store. The ad is showing it's $49.99 before the coupon.

They seem to run sales about every 2 weeks. Sometimes it's a color/pattern on sale and other its a certain style bag.

We do a variation: square pretzels & Rolos slightly melted and then a pecan pushed into the top. It makes a turtle-like bite.

Pecan Pie Muffins 1 c. packed light brown sugar 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1 c. chopped pecans 2/3 c. butter, softened 2 eggs, beaten 1. preheat oven to 350°. Grease & flour 18 cup mini-muffin tin or use paper liners. 2. In a medium bowl, stir brown sugar, flour & pecans. In separate bowl, beat together butter & eggs until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients, just until combined. Spoon batter into prepared cups, about 2/3 full. 3. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. cool on wire racks.

You should be able to pick up a circular in the store.

Every year I say I'm gonna wrap as soon as I buy it, and every year I'm out in the camper wrapping on Christmas eve LOL I should go do it now while the weather is nice and I don't need the heater....

I really miss Walmart layaway. I used to do 90% of my shopping for the holidays there...now I doubt I do 10%. Eh, their loss I guess.

Mine make their lists in September and the rule is it cannot be changed after the 1st week of December....because I'm usually done shopping by then LOL

For me it was Menards when they 1st opened here. They let everyone in at once then had no carts for merchandise, none of the staff knew where anything was and the checkout lines were so unorganized it took 4 hours to checkout. Never again!
