  1. Just keep in mind that if you have purchased Ipods you'll be using Itunes...which does not always support/convert the Walmart downloaded songs. We ran into that problem last year and had to copy most of our songs from Windows Media Player onto blank CDs, then import them into Itunes.
  2. Available for me, but I'd have to drive 50+ miles to pick it up in store...think my gas will cost me more than the paper, so I guess I'm gonna have to pass on this one.
  3. Toys R Us is running a video game special...Buy 3, get 1 free. There's plenty out there to choose from and from different gaming formats. http://www.toysrus.com/searchHandler/index.jsp?searchId=2972410&type=trigger&promoId=2972410
  4. For those that missed out on this one before, it's available again on JCP, but is backordered till 12/16 (for my order). I also used a discount code someone posted in another thread to get 20% off until 12/9...PALEM...so I got it for about $11 + shipping! http://www2.jcpenney.com/jcp/Products.aspx?ItemID=12485ae&ItemTyp=G&GrpTyp=PRD&ShowMenu=T&ShopBy=0&SearchString=art+set&RefPage=SearchDepartment.aspx&CmCatId=SearchResults&Search1Prod=True
  5. LOL I feel ya there...I tried to email WM to see if you could return/exchange parts of the bundle, but they never responded.
  6. Looks like they're in stock again now...9:34pm EST.
  7. This is a bundle...it's the basic Wii console system + additional controllers, 1 accessory of your choice, and 6 or 7 games.
  8. The Walmart bundle includes the core system (with a remote & nunchuk), plus an additional remote (w/Wii Play) and an additional nunchuk...among other things.
  9. Here's a description posted on Ebay for the Wii Sports game: Description A compilation of simple, Wii-playable sports games. Included sports are Tennis, Golf, Baseball, Boxing and Bowling. All of these sports games have a stylized look that's designed after classic 8-bit game designs but brought to life with full 3D technology. Although each game will concentrate on the core mechanics of hitting a ball, swinging a racquet, and putting with a club, the games will offer full (albeit simplified) sports experiences of whole games in Baseball and Tennis as well as multiple holes to play in Golf. Also compatible with the Mii avatar system for a more personalized experience. Special Features Tennis (1-4 players): Players grab the Wii Remote like a racket and swing - the game registers forehands, backhands, volleys, lobs, slices, spin and power depending on how fast the user swings and at what angle. Don’t worry about moving around the court to get to the ball – the game automatically moves players into position. Baseball (1-2 players): Players grip the Wii Remote like a bat and swat fastballs out of the park, or fire a fastball over the plate with a flick of their wrist. Timing and bat speed will make all the difference between going yard and whiffing, so keep an eye on the ball and swing for the fences. In the two-player game, one player pitches and the other bats – all fielding and running is automatic, so that players can focus on the action. Golf (1-4 players): Step up to the tee, hold the Wii Remote like a golf club and swing naturally to smack the ball onto the green. The harder players swing the club, the farther the ball will fly. Be careful, though – if players swing too hard, their ball will fly out of control, so they should be sure to take some practice swings before going for the pin. After reaching the green, line up putts carefully, practice the stroke and try to hole out. Bowling (1-4 players): Players raise the Wii Remote in their hand just like a bowling ball, and then swing their arms to roll the ball. The speed of the swing and the angle at which they release the ball affects the ball's spin, so it will take some practice to master control over the ball and knock down the pins. Boxing (1-2 players): Using the Nunchuk controller as one glove and the Wii Remote as the other, players dodge, weave and punch their opponents. Players hold their hands high to guard their faces or low to block their torsos. They punch high to hit their opponents' faces or low to get under their guard for a body blow. Swing both arms left or right to sidestep oncoming blows and move into position for a devastating knockout. Mii data compatible. Warnings Mild Violence Details Players: 1-4 Players Memory Card: No(0)
  10. If you mean Destroy All Humans, Frys.com has it in stock for $19.99... http://shop2.outpost.com/product/4472946;jsessionid=RUPXGid+GUQVISsAuxk7AA**.node2?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG Gamestop and Amazon (marketplace sellers) have used copies for sale much cheaper, but they're used. Walmart and Buy.com carry it but it's out of stock currently.
  11. Here's one w/a game at Walmart for about $45: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4025928
  12. Can someone please point me to the whole thread discussing tha Paypal cash back promotion...try as I might, I cannot find it today. Thanks in advance...
  13. Uh, guess I'm not buying it from Amazon (3rd party seller) either...shipping is $16.22! That's almost as much as the set...the search continues.
  14. Grrr...just got home from church and picked up a wish list item for a needly little girl and she wanted an art set! This was perfect, but unavailable...I'll go check that one on Amazon.
  15. Good luck with that...I think that I have read the same thing on the Amazon forums that orders were cancelled for incorrect pricing and heard mention that it's in their terms & conditions, so they are covered. But I do not know that for a fact, so you might want to read up on their site. I'm still fighting with Amazon about a Black Friday deal that they shipped without all the parts (bundle). They are using every excuse in the book, each email back states a new reason for their non-shipment, and they are refusing to ship the balance of the items described in their BF listing.
  16. Duh, it doesn't start until tomorrow...sorry I'm on medication today. I'll try again after midnight to see if it works online.
  17. Original post says in-store only...I just tried it online to verify and there's no discount coming up in the cart.
  18. I haven't played too many of the newer Zelda games, but even after I got married & had my kids, I'd whoop out the Super Nintendo and play Zelda for hours! I imagine the newer games are even better. (I'll find out after Christmas with the new Wii! )
  19. I'd also like to hear from anyone that has this from Lego. My kids are always bugging me to get it but it seems pricey.
  20. I've run out of money for this week ...Soooo frustrating!!
  21. Awesome thanks! Got my hubby the last season of the Sopranos (both parts) for about the same as the cost of one part on any other merchant site!!
  22. Here's one at Toys R Us (out of stock) but at least you can see what you're looking for: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2535031#prod_prodinfo
  23. Thank you both for the quick responses!
