DH has now added a computer to his list... I'm looking forward to the Secret Santas :)

DH is already talking TVs I've got a running list going but think I'll be shopping less overall. Key word being think... DH might actually have a bigger list than me this year.

The one I'm referring to is located directly across the street from a WalMart, a Meijer and a Lowe's. Walgreens up the road about 1/4 mile. Two major cities equal times away (20-30 min.). Don't want to count how many cars or people were there last year :) I must say, though, that on my recon trip there yesterday I got some valuable help from a handful of associates. There was one cashier who was particularly helpful - made sure to take her name down in case I write a nice note to the store manager Love how they had a stack of maps at the entrance.

I only need some midnight things too unless DH gets it in his head that he wants me to go for one of the laptops for his sister, thank goodness. No doubt it'll still be total chaos though.

I went to a smaller town one (also in MI here) and it was a zoo! I may actually wait in line in front of the one closest to me this year for some change...

Quite a bang I'd say :)

I'll be making a few side trips myself. Most likely WM at midnight followed by Menards and Meijer before heading to the big city for the rest :)

Finally decided... ham. And potatoes, cranberry relish, some form of vegetable, pumpkin pie, sausage stuffing (if DS doesn't eat it all before then), pumpkin pie and lots of homemade treats.

I'm surprised my DD hasn't asked for that yet! She fakes a cough just to try and get cough syrup...

I've done both myself. Green, white, silver... you name it I've probably done it.

Actually, in Japan Christmas is more of a lover's holiday :)

(watching TV) NO!!!! I don't care if it snows as long as it's AFTER Friday!

I can't believe I haven't mentioned this one: DD wants Life Lock for her AND PigPig (her piggy bank).

DD's Scout troop is adopting a couple of familes this year so the girls can each have a kid to shop for. We will be getting the information tomorrow I think. The girls are excited :)

Ditto the cookies... especially my spiced orange oatmeal and the peppercookie recipe that my grandma passed on to me. I only make the latter during the holidays.

I wouldn't mind seeing that one either.

I second Kohl's. Prices are way too high anyway. Best Buy is the other one. I'll go in about 7 or so but not at opening.

I really need to get my kids to do their wish lists so I can plan my shopping...

I will have to post her entire list later... why she has put TP on there I don't know. :)

Why do I have the feeling DH is going to send me after another recliner? :) And the latest Pillow Pet knockoff... I'll have to check them out.

Now this is a real surprise.
