I have seen the infomercial regarding the produce bags, but have yet to try them myself. My sister said at Christmas that she had just ordered a set, so I'll have to see if they came and what the outcome was.

semperwife, I am SO sorry for your ordeal. That just plain stinks!
I tried to get the Huggies wipes (that come in the larger box) at the 90% off since the packaging has snowflakes and the baby is wearing a Santa hat for goodness sakes. But no go, I was told it was not holiday and would be regular price.
At least I tried!

I agree with the above posters regarding Sprint/Nextel. My contract FINALLY ends next month and I will be doing the cha cha as I leave them!
I plan to go to Verizon, but will check out the forums listed above as well as the Consumer Report listed above.

I too am sorry this happened to you. They should have told you the credit amount before breaking the seals, IMO.

I found a pair of Power Scissors from Black and Decker at Target today for $13.48. No more untwisting the wires, etc for me!

I have found the best prices on diapers at Wal Mart. With my son, who is 5 months old, we used Newborn diapers for almost 3 weeks.They accept coupons, so if you can find any OL or in the paper, it even sweetens the deal.
If you want to buy in bulk, Costco or Sams Club is the way to go. For us. I find that when they are so small, they outgrow sizes so quickly that you don't get to use the huge cases until they are in a set size for a longer amount of time.

I got mine at Home Depot after Christmas, so at a huge discount. Ours is a 7.5 foot.

I also saw them at Target today for 75% off. I saw some fabric ( a light green color) at Wal Mart a few nights ago.

The only thing I can think of would to be to look at the aisle where they keep the themed party lines (ie Cars, Disney Princess, etc) and see if you can find a Yo-Yo with a Cars theme (maybe an actual party favor). If that doesn't work, you can always buy a Yo-Yo and dress it up with some Cars stickers.

I saw some at Kohls yesterday. I know they were at least 30% off, but if you have a ohls charge, you get an extra 15% (they have that scratcher deal going on). A lot of the stuff in their holiday area was 50 - 60% off, but I on't remember what the percentage off for the trees.
I know you mentioned you couldn't wait, but if that changes, I purchased my artificial tree from Home Dept after Christmas last year and got a GREAT deal! What makes it even better is that same tree is out for the normal price this year again!

I saw an advertisement on the TV and all it showed were the Barbie, Thomas the Tank, Lego and a couple other trademark images with the voice over saying up to 50%.

Wal Mart had a set of Wii games (grouped in sets of 2) for $29. They were located in the Electronic dept. At one store I saw them out on display, in another store they were in the locked case. They were titles I had never seen before, but they looked like car racing type games. Maybe even a Monster Truck game.

Amazon had it yesterday only for $1.99 (they had 5 different movies).
Guess I should have ordered a few!
I saw that on Amazon and it looked like it was $1.99 to download it, not for an actual hardcopy of the movie.
