I am so sorry that you weren't able to get in on the deal due to the hurricane. That just stinks. I think/hope that there will be an even better deal before Christamas.

Is this the Shark Steam Mop? I got mine at Kohls with the 30% off. They also carried the replacement pads. I have tried it once (just got it) and I have to say that I wasn't thrilled. For the money I spent, it seems a little flimsy. And after I finished my kitchen floor, I still noticed spots. I'll give it another go tomorrow.

I have also seen leotards at Kohls. Right now, if you are a Kohls charge customer, they are having their 30, 20 or 15% off sale.
Good Luck!

I placed an order on July 10th, and got some really amazing deals plus picked up some of the fall line (regular priced stuff) but used the 15% bts coupon. Worked like a charm, received the package exactly 7 days later and loved everything. On the morning of the 17th I placed another order, as things were marked down even more, and I was able to use the coupon again. I got the order confirmation later that day, and my debit card was authorized. Today is the 29th, and I my order status hasn't changed. It still says, order processed, payment authorized. Anyone else having issues? I'm sure they were totally slammed with orders that week, but this is crazy!
Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone! I placed an order over a week ago and my status still shows Payment Authorized, Order Submitted.
Hopefully I will get the shipment before my daughter starts school on the 18th of August!

I was able to find a pair of jeans, 3 tops, a shrug and 2 pairs of shoes for $37 (thats with shipping!) Awesome! And I used the FA78 coupon with no problems.
Thanks for the post!

I think today is the last day of the sale, but Kohls has crock pots (that is where I got my current one) and with the 30% off and free shipping coupon codes, I'm sure you can find a good deal.
Good Luck!

I agree, I would use that GC pronto! So sorry for all those who will lose their job.

Thank you for posting these! Great sneakers for when DD starts K in the fall.

Shaped erasers, quarters, kid jewelry (the really inexpensive stuff), party necklaces (beaded, Target about $2 for 6).
I'd watch for choking with a 2 yr old and things small enought to fit in an egg. When our DD and my nephews where that small, I'd trade the eggs for "tickets" (ie cut up colored paper). At the end of the hunting they would trade the tickets for a prize. The prizes weren't expensive, but it was easier to buy one bigger item and not have to worry about the younger ones. Playground balls, play dough, crayons and coloring books, whatever I had picked up on sale. I still do the egg hunt this way (with the extended family they range in age from 4 to 14). They hunt mutiple times, bigger ones hide the eggs for the little ones, and everyone gets a prize at the end of the day. (money in carrot shaped bags from Micheal's). Makes it easy and it ends up costing less.
What a FANTASTIC idea! Thank you for sharing this! If I host Easter this year, I am SO going to do this!

What is in the burrito for those of you who have sampled it?

Kudos on the new front page. Looks great!

They have a lot of Clearance toys at my local WalMart in So Cal, but all of them are still priced fairly high.
Wal Mart is so weird. The store closest to me and the store 20 miles away rarely have the same items on Clearance. If they do, the prices are all different.

Another game that is a hit in our house is Mario Galaxy. The only negative for me is that it is a 2 person only game.
As for the PP regarding Wii usage, I have also put the Wii in our family room. It is in my line of sight at all times partly to make sure nothing gets scratched or damaged, but the other part is so that I monitor usage. For us, there is no Wii play during the school week. From Friday night to Sunday night, it is fair game. We tend to use it more in the evenings since we have things going on during the day.
Good Luck!

I agree. If the first person was a No Show, and has not made any contact, I would say it is fair game for another person to purchase.
Good Luck!

My WalMart hasn't switched their Clearance toys prices in like 3 weeks. Yesterday I found a box of Huggies baby wipes there with the baby wearing a Santa hat, and they still were regular priced. They have been sitting there for over a month, and no one will put it on clearance. I asked 2 WalMart associates and they told me that there was nothing they could do.
Bummer.

Big Lots. I bought some last year for .10!

For the bulk diapers that are 15% or 30% off, what kinds are ringing up on sale? Huggies or Pampers?
Thanks!
Also, for those having peanut butter problems, I am so sorry for the horrible customer service you are receiving. Who in the world has the right to tell anyone what a normal family eats?

Wii Play: LOVE IT! The cowrace and shooting games are my faves. DS6 and DD4 love it, too.
Lego Star Wars Complete: Lots and lots of play here. I love it because DS and I play together.
Mario Party 8: By far, the family favorite.
DS's birthday is in Feb, and he is getting Mario Galaxy, Spiderman Friend or Foe, TMNT and Smarty Pants.

I bought my Kitchen Aid through Lowe's a few years back. Found they had the best deal (rebates, installation and price).
Good Luck!

Great deal! Wish they had our team. . .

Thank you!

this makes me laugh. we've coined a new word at our house
Wiijury
DD16 is currently sporting an arm wrapped in an Ace bandage from her Wiijury. She was playing Pirates of the Caribbean and her poor arm was so tired after doing all that sword battling.
I'm returning the sports pack that I picked up for the remotes. Unless you have a huge area that you can play in, the possibility that one will smack the other is extremely high.
LOL! We call it an "OwWii" here!
DD4 and DS6 have run into the TV a few times while bowling and I almost sprained my wrist playing Mario Party 8 in a few of the mini games. We are having such a good time with it that the pain seems to go away quiickly!
P.S. We have the Nerf Sports pack, and I think we have used it once, maybe twice. It is fun, but getting the Wiimotes in and out of the holder is a little hard for the kids, so they kind of lost interest.
