Ok peeps this is the scoop. While they were suppose to have made 4 million they had problems and only made 500,000. What that means is humongous shortage. Our store will have only 4 of them on Friday. Someone from our store called K_mart in our city and they are only getting 2. So if you really really want one you better go get in line now!!! Also electronics manager was told it is highly possible we will not get any more before Christmas.

Yes it is a Viore I seen the name on the list of blitz items on the wire. Our store will be getting 8 of them. Again I think it is similar to the one I posted in an above post only difference is it is being made for wal-mart specificallly.

Well the Best Buy ad is posted it is time for Wal_mart to have an answer to it. Come on Wal_mart I don't think you will be out done. Always Low Prices Always. I was wondering the same thing. I guess you can get the price changed but it has to be within a week of pruchasing the item. Least wise that is what someone who use to be a csm told me yesterday.

Our electronics manager told me weeks ago that that laptop would be a Black Friday item at a lower price. So I think it is true.

Think about people why would you price match your own stores???? Some stores have lower prices due to having more competition where they are located. When it comes to the ads the differences in prices are due to state laws not due to Walmart. Believe me if walmart could have their big sales ads all the same they would due to the headaches and confusion it causes. The laws need to be changed. Wisconsin will not get the $4 generic prescriptions either due to that law. The law needs to be changed.

congrats to all who got the laptop. I got mine last night at another store in Illinois. I got down there at 8 pm was second in line. They had a list at the electronics counter. Then we waited in Layaway. The store had 20 laptops. There were more people there then laptops so some didn't get one. Most of the people though came later. If you really want something I mean really want something a person has got to be there early.

I would say go to the department get your name on a list then go sit in layaway. That is what we did last night for the laptop and that is also what our store does when the new game systems come out. But I would check with the store you go to depending on how they do it.

Bingo you can still put things on Layaway til the 19th they have to be picked up by December 8th. Sooooo any of these items in the next two weeks you buy you can put on layaway. Also there is a new windows system coming out in January so there will be all new laptops and computers. Also there is some kine of new tv coming out next year that could be why all the sales on those items. Most of the laptops and computers are coming with a coupon for the new microsoft Vista.

I bet ya anything some how we have the ad by the end of the coming week.....I just think we will....on here I mean....

I can' wait either but no sign of that one yet. People remember when looking at the prices in what I posted that I live in Wisconsin which means they can not sell below cost. What that means is that some of the above items will be lower priced in some states!!!! This was taken from a Wisconsin ad.

When you get in line all depends on how big of a city you live in. I think they will be popular especially the ones for $398.
